What an incredible night celebrating the launch of Love Your Divorce at the Westport Library! 🤍

Seeing so many friends, family members, colleagues and supporters gathered together to celebrate this book meant more to me than I can say.

Love Your Divorce grew out of more than 30 years of helping people navigate one of life’s most difficult transitions and my belief that there can be a more compassionate, holistic way through it.

A heartfelt thank you to Beth Leas for so beautifully MCing the evening, and to everyone who helped make the event possible. Your support meant more than I can say.

And if you missed it, I’d still love to celebrate with you. Join me for the Love Your Divorce Virtual Book Launch on Zoom on Wednesday, October 28 at 7 PM ET. The link to register is in my bio.

After more than 30 years of helping individuals and families navigate divorce, I am incredibly proud to finally hold Love Your Divorce: Your Guide to a Holistic Happier Ever After in my hands-and share it with all of you.

I wrote this book because I believe there is a better way to divorce: one rooted in compassion, intention and respect for the whole person and family. Divorce may be an ending, but it can also be the beginning of something meaningful, peaceful and even joyful.

Love Your Divorce is officially out today! I hope it helps you find your own happier ever after.

🔗Buy it on the link in my bio on Amazon and please share with people who could use this!

THIS is what working on my wellness business looks like — and it FEELS good.

Committing myself to the work of wellness means walking the talk — connecting, sharing, building, and doing it all in PEACE while taking care of myself and others.

I recently had the opportunity to enjoy the most beautiful soundbath meditation and networking event I’ve ever been a part of thanks to @tribe_tlc and @ingridprueher, owner of @yoga4everybody.

Instead of “working the room,” we were able to slow down, breathe, and focus on why the work we do is so meaningful, and so very important.

It was a powerful reminder that taking care of ourselves IS taking care of our businesses and an incredible GIFT that I get to experience the growth and evolution alongside some incredible wellness partners.🦋🤍🙏🏼

So, this happened. ❤️

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦?

Apparently, the size of a billboard in 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐘𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲. 🥹✨

There are moments when you work hard, stay the course, keep believing and then something happens that makes you stop and take it all in.

This is one of those moments for me.

Through all the excitement and gratitude, my heart went immediately to my parents. I wish my parents were here to see this. And yet, somehow, I feel like they already have.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐦. Sometimes, they show up in ways we can’t explain, but deeply feel. My dad wanted me to normalize grief, and I have a feeling he’s involved somehow in the making of today’s magical moment💜

Because, today, beneath the lights of Times Square, I felt those blessings shining a little brighter.

A full heart. Immense gratitude. And the quiet feeling that somewhere, they’re smiling too. ❤️✨

THIS one is POWERFUL!🎙️✨ NEW EPISODE: Finding Your Way Back to Yourself

What if creativity could help you heal what words can’t reach?

This week on Shifts & Giggles, I’m joined by Sarah Guercia—art therapist, counselor, artist, and founder of Fox and Feather Healing Arts Services. @fox.and.feather

🌟And we went deep. 💗

We talk about creativity, trauma, body image, intuition, spirituality—and something deeply personal we share: we are both survivors of sexual abuse. @bethleas

💫Together, we explore what it means to reclaim the parts of ourselves that may have gotten lost along the way—our voices, our bodies, our creativity, and our trust in ourselves.

✨Because what happened to you doesn’t define you.

🌟Healing isn’t about fixing yourself.
💞It’s about finding your way home to yourself.

🎧 Listen now on Spotify, Apple Podcasts & YouTube or hit the link in bio.

🥰And yes…there’s a little magick and glitter in this one, too. ✨

✨ NEW EPISODE: Stuck… or Being Redirected?

What if feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’re on the wrong path?

What if it’s actually an invitation to stop, get quiet…and choose differently?

My guest this week on Shifts & Giggles, Rachel Lynn, knows a little something about the power of the pivot. @rachellynnlifecoach

Rachel went from pastry chef in the fast-paced NYC culinary world…to high school educator…to National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

But the real story isn’t about changing careers.

It’s about changing herself.

We talk about people-pleasing, anxiety, intuition, self-worth, reinvention, slowing down, and those crossroads moments when the life that looks perfectly fine from the outside simply doesn’t feel right anymore.

And this question:

How do you know when you’re stuck…and when you’re actually being redirected? 👀

Rachel believes we can be exactly where we’re meant to be—even when we feel doubtful, afraid, or have absolutely NO idea what comes next.

Maybe you don’t need to have the whole path figured out.

Maybe you just need to hear yourself say:

“Something needs to change.”

And then be brave enough to listen.

🎧 Come join us for this beautiful, honest conversation on the newest episode of Shifts & Giggles.

Listen wherever you love your podcasts — Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube — or simply hit the link in my bio!

And if something Rachel says sparks a Holy Shift of your own, I’d LOVE to hear about it. 💛 @bethleas @tribe_tlc

🎙️✨ NEW EPISODE: Beyond Talk Therapy — Ketamine, the Body & Healing

What if your body remembers things your mind has forgotten?

And what if healing sometimes requires us to go deeper than simply talking about what hurts?

This week on Shifts & Giggles, I’m joined by therapist and holistic practitioner Danna Anderson for a fascinating conversation about what we carry—in our minds, our bodies, our families…and sometimes without even realizing it. @dannaanderson_lpc

We get into some juicy territory:

✨ Why the same patterns can keep showing up in our lives
✨ What our bodies may communicate through stress and tension
✨ Making the subconscious conscious
✨ Ancestral patterns and Family Constellations
✨ Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy—and why integration matters
✨ The difference between understanding something intellectually and actually shifting it

And one question I especially love:

What if the thing you’re trying so hard to get rid of is actually trying to tell you something?

This conversation is curious, thought-provoking, and definitely goes beneath the surface.

🎧 New Shifts & Giggles is out now! Listen wherever you get your podcasts.

And tell me… What pattern in your life keeps tapping you on the shoulder? 👀
