Medicine for the mind. Medicine for the body. Medicine for the SOUL.

There’s something powerful about turning the music up, letting your body take over, and remembering who you are. Movement builds confidence, releases what we’ve been carrying, and reconnects us to the version of ourselves that feels free, powerful, and ALIVE.

join us 10/28 at 9am because sometimes the best medicine isn’t found in a bottle. Sometimes it’s a beat, a room full of good energy, and the freedom to MOVE. So call in late , drop those kids off and bring yo ___ to the dance floor ! 🪩✨

AUGUST ✈️✨ Friends visiting, article in Dance Magazine, crossing the country teaching master classes, setting choreography, living out of a suitcase… Delta flights, hotel stays, long days, and lots of Celsius to get me through each one. 😂 But honestly, the best part was the people. ❤️ I’m so grateful to every studio that welcomed me in, opened their doors, and trusted me with your dancers. Getting to connect, create, push, laugh, and share the room with so many incredible dancers is something I never take for granted. You helped fill every day of August with so much joy, creativity, and purpose. Thank you for allowing me to do what I love. August, you were a ride and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Now… onto September + the fall season. 🍂 New cities. New studios. New dancers. New creations. Let’s DANCE.✨ #dance #dancelife #tomrichardson

Heroes 💙

Sam, watching you grow into this solo has been such a gift. Your strength, your vulnerability, and the way you completely surrender to the music make this piece so incredibly special. Can’t wait for next season!
