☕️Coffee in your mouth 👄 wakes you up.

Coffee in your butt apparently downloads Spanish. ☕️🍑

This conversation somehow went from emotional release to physical release, parasite cleanses, the alien-looking thing that came out of David & his client, and my first coffee enema.

I turned on Rosetta Stone and tried to learn a new language. For about 45 minutes, I was either becoming bilingual or discovering an entirely new meaning of fluency.

One thing is certain: it hits different going up than down.

We lift each other up—sometimes literally—and remember the whole point is to play.

What’s more pure than that? 🤗

Your body is talking. Do you know how to translate it?

chest & throat tightens . knees shake.

When people resist those sensations—but what we resist tends to persist.

Try the opposite: feel it, amplify it, name it, and then make a new choice.

“I love my fear into my courage and my faith.”

Sometimes you have to sit with your 💩 before it becomes your greatest manure 💎

What came first: the crappy thoughts 🧠 or the pre-show poop 💩?

David had to admit his self-doubt and fear, then love them into joy, enthusiasm, & the toilet 🚽

Either way, sometimes you just have to let go.

This Texas super dentist walked into her first-ever retreat…

Let’s just say she left with a lot less on her shoulders. ✨

“Refreshed. Re-energized. Lighter.”

Sometimes the biggest shift starts with feeling welcome enough to share your story—and hearing yourself in someone else’s.

Reality isn’t normal.

Look closely enough and it starts to feel more like a play.

Some people are acting.
Some are writing.
Some are producing.
Some are working the lights behind the scenes.

And the audience?

Some are captivated. Some are distracted. Some are just waiting for it to end.

The strange part is realizing you’re not stuck in the role you were handed.

You can be the audience.
You can be the actor.
You can rewrite the script.
You can produce an entirely different show.

Reality is already bizarre. Choose your role. Break normal. 🌀
