POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We are currently accepting food donations that will go towards the @crotoncaring committee’s Thanksgiving and Christmas/Chanukah food basket programs.

So many of us are not aware of the great need in our community. What if we all just donated one or two needed items? Or a monetary donation that would normally be spent on our coffee or lunch? What sort of impact could we have?

We are so grateful to the Croton Caring Committee for offering “a helping hand in Croton”.

Review the list of needed food items in our story and see what you may be able to donate.

Celebrating this guy tonight!!!

CJ took his 1,000th CKO class tonight, one day after his 75th birthday!!! 🎂

What an incredible role model you are CJ! You are loved by all, our very own “Mayor of CKO”. If you are new to class CJ will find his way over to welcome you. He is famous for his jokes and one-liners, and of course all of the stories from when he worked on the engines of planes. If you know CJ, you know of his generosity and giant heart. Oh and his loyalty to CKO!!!

Congratulations CJ!!

“ 1. No specific reason was cited for clubs being held back, they did not cite concerns around HVAC, only a generalized concern over people moving in an indoor space. ^
2. State has not written guidelines for our industry. Despite being provided with a reopening framework, sample guidelines and guidelines from other states by both IHRSA and many other club operators. ^
• No increase in COVID-19 spread at training facilities provided good hygiene & social distancing measures followed concluded researchers in this study.
• Even in a state experiencing a surge in COVID-19 cases, spread from health clubs is almost zero. Through contact tracing in Arkansas, the governor reported that of 5063 active cases in the state, less than .2% had visited a health club. “ - IHRSA, International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub Association
