Happy for the opportunity to attend the @officialblackgirlsrun Inland Empire end of quarter meetup, reconnect with old friends in real life, represent my local group aka the #BeaumontBaddies and get a 4.5 mile walk completed for the day! #blackgirlsrun #blackgirlsruninlandempire #bgrie #preservethesexy

What started as a 2026 Vision Bingo board turned into reality last weekend and I still can't put into words what this meant to me.

To see it come to fruition was unlike anything but to see how much of an impact it had on myself and the women who trusted us was the true reward.

I am thankful to @wileyzwifey for living true to her Eff it do it attitude and truly starting this journey. We kept looking at each other the whole time with tears like we really did it. And yes we did for ourselves and for the women who chose themselves and went.

Can't wait to put in the work and do it again for more women next year! 💫

As I reflect on this incredible weekend in Sedona, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.

To each woman who trusted Ladies Edge with a piece of her journey—thank you. Thank you for saying yes to yourself. Thank you for stepping away from the demands of everyday life and choosing growth, healing, connection, adventure, and reflection.

Over the past few days, I witnessed courage, vulnerability, laughter, breakthroughs, deep conversations, new friendships, and unforgettable memories. I watched women show up exactly as they are and leave with a little more confidence, clarity, and belief in themselves.

The truth is, retreats like this are about so much more than beautiful views, hiking trails, yoga sessions, or shared meals. They are about creating space to reconnect with who you are, rediscover what matters most, and remember the strength you’ve carried within you all along.

To every woman who joined us, thank you for allowing us to be part of your story. Your trust means more than words can express, and it was an honor to walk alongside you for this chapter of your journey.

As we close this beautiful retreat, remember: the growth doesn’t end here. Take the lessons, the connections, the confidence, and the memories with you. Continue choosing yourself. Continue becoming the woman you are meant to be.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making the Ladies Edge Sedona Retreat 2026 so special. ❤️

And this is only the beginning...

✨ Stay tuned for the announcement of the Ladies Edge 2027 Retreat. We cannot wait to share what’s next. ✨

Happy Mother’s Day to the women holding it all together with love, strength, snacks, schedules, pep talks, and a little bit of magic ✨

To every mom showing up daily — tired, loving, learning, growing, sacrificing, and still making everyone feel safe and cared for… you are appreciated more than words can explain. 💕

Today we celebrate the real CEOs. 👑
