It's been a full day. Spent most of my sunny day with the kiddos, then off to coaching, topping it off with football practice. Never a dull moment! I don't do boring.

Going into my 18th season with the DC Divas and I’m reminded every year why this team is so special.

Football is about strength, speed, and skill—but it’s also about taking care of each other. The veterans, the rookies, the ones grinding through their first camp and the ones whose bodies have already felt the miles of the game.

My role has always been a little different. I get to help keep these athletes on the field—working with the old girls and the new girls, making sure the bodies behind the helmets stay strong enough for the fight.

Because the truth about football isn’t just the lights on game day. It’s the LATE NIGHTS. The sore shoulders. The taped ankles. The quiet work nobody sees.

That’s the grit in the gridiron.

Year 18. Still proud to stand with these women. 💪🏈

17 Years. A Lifetime of Memories.

17 seasons. Countless games. Endless memories. What started as a team became so much more—family. 💫

From lacing up cleats in the DMV to traveling across the country, from training camps to championships, and from strangers to sisters—I’ve had the honor of witnessing growth, grit, and greatness in every chapter.

To my fellow Divas, past and present: thank you for the lifelong friendships, the locker room laughs, the post-game hugs, and the unwavering love. We’ve bled, sweat, and celebrated together. You’ve shaped who I am both on and off the field.

This journey gave me more than football. It gave me purpose, pride, and people I’ll hold in my heart forever.

Once a Diva, ALWAYS a Diva. 💜🏈👑
