13 years ago, I quit smoking with the Allen Carr method, a method that changed my life 🙏🏽

I felt I had to create a song about it. No Nicotine is my way of sharing that experience and inspiring smokers out there to believe that quitting is possible.

How many times have you told yourself: “Tomorrow, I’ll quit smoking”?
And how many tomorrows have passed without it ever happening?

Sometimes, all you need is to take the plunge and make the move.

It is possible. I know, because I’ve been there.

הרגשתי שאני חייב ליצור שיר על זה. NO NICOTINE נולד מתוך הרצון לשתף את הסיפור שלי ולתת השראה לכל מי שעדיין מעשן, ולהזכיר לו שזה באמת אפשרי.

כמה פעמים אמרתם לעצמכם: “מחר אני מפסיק לעשן”?
וכמה פעמים המחר הזה פשוט לא הגיע?

לפעמים כל מה שצריך זה לקפוץ למים, לקבל החלטה ולעשות את הצעד הראשון.

זה אפשרי. אני יודע, כי הייתי שם.
