Just a glance into what our training looks like for the Timberview Wolf pack as we navigate through the season. The Wolf Pack is currently 3-0 heading into Homecoming week against Burleson High School. During the midst of the season we modify our volume based on the week but still continue to train with high intensity in our Olympic and compound movements. Training heavy in our single leg movements keeps our guys moving fast and working in imbalances they may have. This week the Wolf Pack begins their conference schedule. Like and follow to keep up with the Wolf Pack and to support our players through the season‼️ #timberviewstrength #wolvesonly #highschoolfootball #inseason #football
