There’s a natural blues that follows the end of a thing.

That sense of clinging unto what you were just becoming acclimatised to.

That feeling of “I could get used to this” swept out from under you.

What do you do when a dissonance begins to reign between your mind and your surroundings?

Do you fit back into the mould of the person you once was?

Or do you choose to stick out like a sore thumb, hoping to hold unto that change inside of you?

As many things are, I think a healthy mixture sets you right.

The opportunity for change isn’t hardest when you’re going through it, it’s hardest when you’re trying to cling unto it.

Because reverting back is typically easier and a closer road to take back.

But at the same time, the objective isn’t to demonise what you once knew, or only knew, pretending that it doesn’t hold a level of value for you.

I’m speaking a little coded. It’s mainly on purpose.

The point is this: Spain owes me nothing.
