There’s something powerful about being in a room full of women who are leading bravely. 🤍

Attending the Bravely Leading Conference was a reminder that leadership doesn’t have to look one particular way. It can be bold. It can be quiet. It can be messy, joyful, authentic, and always evolving.

I left feeling incredibly inspired. Not only by the incredible female leaders in the room, but by having the opportunity to experience it alongside our student leaders.

Watching our students step into spaces like this, learn from others, and see themselves as leaders is one of the greatest parts of what we get to do.

Because leadership isn’t just something we teach.

It’s something we model. We practice. We live.

And when we surround ourselves with people who challenge us to grow, we become better leaders for the people counting on us.

Here’s to leading bravely, courageously, and boldly, and to lifting up the next generation of leaders along the way. ✨
