❤️Today is National Property Managers Day, and we couldn’t let it pass without recognising the incredible people who make up our property management team. ❤️

Property management can be demanding, unpredictable and, at times, a little chaotic. It takes patience, resilience and a genuine willingness to help people - and this team brings all of that every day.

They support our landlords and tenants, work through the difficult situations, celebrate the wins and always step in to help one another when things get busy. There is never a shortage of laughter, but underneath that is a team that genuinely cares about each other and the work they do.

We are incredibly proud of this group and grateful for everything they bring to our business.

Happy National Property Managers Day to our team - you deserve to be celebrated today. 🏡✨

Trinity came to me with a goal to get strong, get lean, and sort out her gut health!
So that’s exactly what we did.
We worked slowly in a calorie deficit, focusing on finding balance and making the process actually enjoyable not something she dreaded. No crash dieting, no boring meals, just sustainable habits that fit her life.

We got her gut tested, eliminated her inflammation trigger foods, and the results speak for themselves 10% body fat lost while building muscle. The body composition change is incredible.

Not only that but she also isn’t gaining crazy weight or inflammation around your periods and cycle and is able to manage this a lot better!

Her programming was built around her mobility work included, targeting her weak points so she could perform better in every session and actually move without pain.
Aug to March. Look at what’s possible when you trust the process and put the work in.

Trinity has shown up, gave me endless form videos and check ins detailed so I can provide all the guidance I can!

I’m in awe of this women and I cannot wait to keep seeing her grow and evolve, I cannot see big things happening this year for this queen 🤞🏽🤍

Happy Birthday, Trinity! 🎉💪

To our gym-junkie, freebie-loving, level-headed queen with a real talent for an over-exaggerated story when the moment calls for it 😄

Trinity has gone leaps and bounds since starting her career with Dowling, and we couldn’t be prouder of the growth, confidence and professionalism she brings to the team every day.

Wishing you a day full of laughs, gluten-free food and a great workout🎂✨

Starting the year strong 💪

Kicking off with one-on-one, team, and leadership training in the office with the amazing Robyn Gleeson.

We’re committed to investing in ourselves and our team because growth, clarity, and strong leadership are what allow us to continue to excel and exceed not only our own expectations, but our clients’ too.

Here’s to learning, sharpening our skills, and raising the bar in 2026 ✨

We Stepped Up To Breast Cancer 🩷🩷🩷

In memory of Jo Bates, who bravely fought one of the most courageous battles with cancer, our community came together and raised an incredible $5,364 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

We are so honoured to have been part of this and so grateful to every single person who donated, walked, shared, and opened conversations around such an impactful cause.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you 🩷🩷🩷
