Meet Emma!

“Hi I’m Emma, the baker and owner behind Trinity Bakery! I’m a NYC CPA gym girly who also loves to make and eat dessert, specifically cookies. My love of baking started when I was young and was obsessed (still am) with all the baking shows on Food Network. As I got older I would bake here and there but recently had a goal to make my loved ones cakes for their birthdays. It was an absolute joy to see their faces when they received a cake as their gift and realized that I had made it! That, and the desire to share my faith are really what inspired me to start Trinity.

God has been so faithful in my life and I wanted a way to share His goodness throughout the city and thought what better way than with treats! At Trinity, we specialize in cookies with both classic and unique flavors that satisfy cravings without being overwhelmingly sweet. I am so grateful for all the talented bakers and kind people I have met so far. Just trying to spread the love of Jesus one cookie at a time :)”

Emma was asked which Syfting’s value she was most inspired by.

“Honestly all? But if I had to choose it would be Connection because I truly believe there is a story behind each baker and the joy that we get to create something beautiful for someone to enjoy with people they love! Also quality because that is the difference between a hand crafted dessert made with care and something you can pick up anywhere.”

Holy House is a faith-rooted pop-up café and an expression of kingdom excellence and hospitality, centered on quality coffee and tea, creating spaces where community can gather, connect, and be refreshed. Each month they partner with local bakers to offer fresh baked goods alongside their coffee and tea service.

For this gathering, Holy House is partnered with @TrinityBakery.co , serving delicious cookies along with French press coffee and assorted teas available for purchase.

when the baking date makes it out of the messages 🧈👩🏻‍🍳💘 we made brown butter pecan blondies and a lemon blueberry cake with cream cheese filling. everything came out literally phenomenal and we enjoyed great moments together. cheers to many more! 🍰💌
