Hay algo muy especial en poder invitar a nuestros pacientes a entrenar con nosotros.

Porque el movimiento no es solamente ejercicio. Cada vez que te mueves, estás estimulando y desafiando a tu sistema nervioso.

Como quiropráctica, siempre hablo de la importancia de un sistema nervioso saludable. Pero para mí es igual de importante vivir lo que enseño. No basta con hablar de salud; hay que practicarla todos los días.

Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, or simply looking to recover and feel your best, this event is for you.

We’ll have cold plunges, stretch therapy, massage therapy, healthy snacks, juices, and we’ll be streaming the Portugal vs. Congo match live, so bring your jersey and come enjoy the atmosphere!

This event is a collaboration between Trinity Chiropractic and Naples United and is focused on recovery, performance, and giving back to our local athletes. Everything at the event is completely free. If you’d like to make a donation, all proceeds will go directly to support the Naples United Academy.

Time is running out.

The White House’s proposed FY2027 budget would eliminate NCCIH, the only NIH center researching non-drug approaches to health.

That means less research into nutrition, supplements, lifestyle medicine, and non-opioid pain care.

Congress is drafting the budget NOW, and the House Appropriations Committee hearing is June 5.
