Thursday, I was at the library studying and preparing my sermon for Friday night’s revival service. As I prepared, I knew I needed to hear from the Holy Spirit.

While I was there, I recognized a few people from my church who were having their small-group Bible study. They are part of TYA. Let me tell you, I asked them to pray for me, and THE HOLY SPIRIT MOVED!

What a beautiful reminder that God knows exactly what we need and when we need it. Sometimes, He will orchestrate a divine appointment right in the middle of our preparation!

I THANK GOD FOR DIVINE APPOINTMENTS! What was supposed to be a time of studying turned into a moment of refreshing, confirmation, and the presence of God.

God is faithful!

Today, we had the honor of celebrating Pastor Jim’s 70th birthday as a Trinity Church staff!

What a gift it is to have a leader, pastor, spiritual father, friend, and mentor all in one man. Your years of faithfulness, your heart for God’s people, and your unwavering commitment to the call of God have impacted more lives than you could ever imagine.

Pastor Jim, we are so grateful for the wisdom you share, the example you set, and the legacy you continue to build. It is an honor to serve alongside you and to witness firsthand the life you have poured into this house and the people in it.

Happy 70th birthday, Pastor Jim! We love you, we celebrate you, and we thank God for the gift of your life. Here’s to all that God has done and all that is still to come! 🎉

What an incredible last month of ministry! I’m so encouraged by what God is doing in the Church all over America.

@jaredcaellis @trinhtellis are leading a movement at @e2church!

@mcmaiden @marymaiden_fungirl @matthewjmaiden @candlemaiden are some of the most hospitable and sweetest people on the planet. Such an honor to preach at @cftnaz.

@oceanschurch is 1 of 1. @markfrancey @kenziepoo are some of the best leaders in the world! So honored to do life with them.

Something shifted in the room at Excel Conference with all of these dynamic speakers! There’s something about being around like-minded people who are dreaming about how to change the world.

What God started in one generation, He continues in the next. Every version of TYA has been shaped by the faithfulness of those who came before us, and today we get to build upon the legacy they left behind. His presence has been here through every generation, and He’s not finished yet.
