FIRST IN MY CATEGORY! Today is the only day of the Sedona Art Festival, due to rain. My friend Berkana is making this day effortless and I am so grateful she’s here with me. Lovely people, awesome red rock beauty all around.

My annual b’earth day state of my union!

I’ve been on an odyssey of my own this year, which started the day before my b’earth last year. I wasn’t able to create my annual post last year, and throughout this year, I’ve felt how important it has been for me to share my year with friends and family, far and wide. I usually set intentions at every Equinox and review them every six months. This annual post is more of an acknowledgment of the journey those intentions took me on.

To say that this was a year of ancestral pattern clearings would be an understatement of the intensity of these pathways. That’s why I’m calling 2026 a personal odyssey: ending chapters that started in the Hudson Valley, beginning new family chapters in TN, and beginning a new book regarding my art!

I decided to share these two photos of me because they capture my essential nature as a human. I think they express my pursuit of feeling deeply into this lifetime as a co-creator with Earth, the Nature Kingdoms, and the Elements!

To another trip around the Sun, filled with explorations and journeys of juiciness for living at this extraordinary time on Earth, for All! 💜

Continuing to work on a series themed, Conversations with Myself. This one is acrylic, charcoal and pencil, so far. I’m using wax for a resist method before the next layer of paint.
