Life Update:

We’re moving to Phoenix! I have taken a role serving students and young adults at @trinitychrch

The Lord has been kind and made it abundantly clear that this is the next step of faith and obedience for us right now. We’re expectant as He goes before us.
Leaving Fayetteville is bittersweet. Deeply thankful to be a part of the only ever expanding and eternal Kingdom.

We would cherish your prayers for fresh grace power, favor and super natural UV protection🙂‍↕️

I grew up in an all boys Catholic school believing that the wisdom of God was a box of rules.

That Jesus was for some reason trying to take the best parts of life away for the sake of my piety.

What I’ve come to learn is that the wisdom of God revealed in the scriptures is actually the boundaries within I have healthy relationship with Jesus.

I’m not interacting with rules, I’m interacting with Him.

And His wisdom may kill the flesh but it won’t kill my joy or peace.

When I trust the wisdom of God, I trust Jesus Himself.

Surrender. Repentance. Redemption. On repeat, across 5 services.

A few weeks ago I had the privilege and honor of preaching the word of God to our student. Shout out to my brother and Pastor @zacbdriscoll for allowing me to be apart of building our students faith! I pray this encourages your faith today!

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. 18 All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; (2 Corinthians 5:17–18, ESV) #Jesus #God #Reconciled #Grace #church #Christ #Forgiveness #Freedom

Rush Family April

-Easter @holysaintsfranklin
-Easter Egg Hunts in Franklin
-My grandfather’s funeral
-Preaching @trinitystudentsaz
-Teaching @coffee_______table
-Family moments
-Started uploading on YouTube
-Stuff @thefactoryatfranklin (were there like 3 times a week 😂)

Not featured: all the amazing moments we’ve had in our new neighborhood, best coffee in Franklin @hankscoffeestation, and about 1 million other things we’ve been cooking up and are launching soon. 👀

We’ve been taking some MAJOR steps of faith 😅
More on that soon - leaving two salaried positions with benefits with three kids has been a wild ride.

But God’s been faithful and we’ve been fighting.
It’s all coming together…I hope 😆 🙏
