April 4, 2026 → October 9, 2026.

Same weight. Different body. Different mindset.

Six months ago, I walked into the gym and started something without really knowing what to expect. I just knew I wanted to make a change.

And today, I can actually SEE what I’ve been working so hard for.

I’m nowhere near finished, but I’m so proud of myself. 🥹

@trip.coaching….I told you what I thought I wanted, and you gave me what I needed. You introduced me to a level of strength I never knew I was capable of, and you’ve been pushing me to find it ever since.

You always tell me to “fight for it,” and half the time I be ready to fight YOU. 😭🤣 But you never let me give up on myself. Constantly reminding me to push past what I think my limits are and, to always bet on myself.

We ain’t done yet. 🫶🏽
