i sometimes imagine myself as a small sprout pushing against the cracks of pavement. i think if i work hard i can become a bigger sprout or even a flower, and finally make something out of this shelter. i think about what it would be like if i was in a prettier vase or garden but then i rmbr i don’t like wishful thinking. This reality is good enough for me! Sometimes we just need a little reminder that everything will get better tho! 🌱

inspired by @tripivan lilies. The contrast between cold, human-made structures with the life that continues to persevere within them is always so captivating to me.

This is the first animated scene I’ve ever fully rendered in Blender. I model the flowers from scratch (most of them at least LOL), implement physics for movement, and finally compile the choreographed sequences.
