Every punch, throw and stride is either OVERHAND or UNDERHAND.

That’s how I look at athletic movement through the spinal engine. The line of force either travels down (a straight punch, a throw, front crawl) or it travels up (an uppercut, an underhand toss, backstroke).

Once I know which pattern an athlete lives in, the next question is simple: how do I make it more efficient?

This is where I use ropeflow.

The rope weighs 400 grams. That means I can rack up hundreds of clean reps of both patterns without the muscular fatigue that comes with the real thing. I can only hit the bag so many times before my shoulders give up. The rope lets me keep greasing the movement long after that.

More spinal mobility. More quality reps. A more efficient mover, and a more efficient athlete.
