Are you training for your next fight or your last one?

@bobby5gs has been a buddy of mine for a long time and continues to evolve.
This Killer proved that he can “get to the fight” with an elite level of fitness and capacity during countless endurance challenges that pushed us all to a breaking point.
At some point, you have to ask “What’s next” in order to continue to grow.

4 years ago a late night walk, talk, and challenge opened up a door that he has absolutely exploded through.
50+ competitions later and this dude will rip your limbs off if given the chance.

He’s got me by 12 years and I’ve got him by about 45lbs but when you hit that slap/bump it’s on.
What you learn about your friends and yourself through martial arts is undefeated.

I am done with the idea that women should shrink, stay quiet, or hope nothing bad happens. We get to be capable. We get to protect our families. We get to be harder to victimize, harder to kidnap, harder to kill. I’m so grateful to train with Triple Feed @triple_feed , their instructors create a space that’s safe, welcoming, and zero ego. No question is stupid and I had an absolute blast at this Guns in Motion course. Every detail matters especially the fundamentals. If you’re a woman who’s been curious but hesitant about firearms, this is your sign. Take a class. Own your strength, do not be a victim.

Blessed to have Ms. Jenn @jenniferhfletcher80 always with me on the range. Only grandma I know that stays decked out in @howitzerclothing gear, and will out work me on the longest hottest range days every time.
