Hexagain is back online after a brief summer recharge and is ready to introduce brand new hexselectors Stabilizer and Modern Swerve into the fold... This next update will be loading up @the_old_stillage in BS5 on Saturday 12th September from 9pm till late, and is bound to break the system with some pulsating electro rhythmic flow. Stabilizer (aka Stefan Goodchild/Namer Of Things/@triplegeek_) is a Bristol-based DJ & Producer currently currently releasing music on his own “Triple Geek Recordings” imprint. Stefan has DJed all over Europe and North America (including sets at Glastonbury Festival) and has also VJed for LCD Soundsystem. His recent collaborations with Minotaur Sound partner @djcatchi have helped him to develop his current sound of off kilter slow techno, seamlessly building up to dirty 140bpm breaks via off kilter baselines and leftfield electronics. Modern Swerve (@modern_swerve_sounds) is the alias of Bristol producer and DJ Mike Swift. Releases on Triple Geek, a number of self released singles and an album have delivered a unique blend of weirdness sitting most often in the gaps between genres. In a previous life, as one half of Aashton and Swift, Mike released on Get Physical, Kitsune, Body Work, Naive and Smile. On the night, expect an expertly seasoned buffet of wonky electro and house cuts. Spinthief (@thespinthief) will also be on hand to infiltrate your eardrums with his minimal electronic bangers, that creep into your mind, body and soul. Hexagain 6 code: ⬢⬢⬢ ⬢⬡⬡⬢ ⬢⬡ ⬢⬡⬢ ⬡⬢⬡ ⬡⬢⬡⬡

I didn’t get many photos at Boomtown I was way too busy vibing. I did pinch a few off @milliesumpter and @technotom5 😂 great photos by the way! So much fun and so good catching up with crew I haven’t seen in a while. Big love 💜 special thanks to @lucy_in_the_sky_00 who in 7 days completely changed my plans from not doing anything that weekend to getting to play at a bar in boomtown. 🤯

The beast is buzzing…together we raised £1000 at the Minotaur Sound #8 Halloween Party on 31.10.25! 🤍 Half has gone to The Sameer Project @thesameerproject , supporting urgent medical aid for displaced families in Gaza, and half to Trans Pride Bristol @transpridebristol , championing visibility, community and care for our local trans family. It feels especially meaningful to share this today, 20/11/2025 – Transgender Day of Remembrance, as we honour those whose lives were lost to anti-trans violence and stand in solidarity with our trans siblings everywhere. A special thank you to every dancer, every supporter, and to our DJs, suppliers and crew who donated their fees so we could give even more 🤍🤍🤍 Thank you Beastlings…Love, peace and kindness always ❤️ 🏳️‍⚧️ 🇵🇸 Watch this space for more queer friendly, fundraiser, dance worthy news coming soon from Minotaur central xx #fundraiser #bristolevents #transpridebristol #thesameerproject #peaceandlove #thankyou #transgenderdayofrememberance
