Olive Oil, Charcoal, and Lemon Sorbet hand churned today from @triplemotionice — their interpretation of the Oil theme at Cities of Days. A fascinating flavor combination in sorbet! Thanks to all who joined us in the flavor exploration. 🕳

🌊🍦Last night’s Seaweed ice cream served in Nori cones w/ salmon roe from @triplemotionice — the theme of Water explored through unusual flavors. The consensus (even from next-door neighbor George) was that it was delicious: a hint of the sea, an earthy, matcha-like aftertaste. Thank you @folosophy @petergerard for your creativity and concept-based experimentation! 🌊🍦

Ice cream flows in my family’s blood!
My bro @cheftimgraham and his wife @sipsmackin cut the ribbon on their new restaurant @twainchicago last night! Hand-cranked ice cream is on the menu and we had fun helping make the inaugural batch. That’s my dad in the second photo!
