If you're up for it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – totally FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyteam (if you dont see a DM button, just reply to any of their stories), and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙

💙Nationals 23’💙

Such a fun weekend in Milwaukee, WI for Triathlon Nationals! Great race with great people💕
I placed 45th out of 101 athletes, including many of the Junior Elites that raced 2 days before. Still more work to be done, as I am focusing on my run especially with XC season coming up!🏃‍♀️⛰️ Next up, World Triathlon Championship Final in Pontevedra, Spain in September!

I always love doing tris because of all the amazing, cool, funny people I meet and I’m glad to have made more friends along the way.

Special thanks to my coach at @triproject_az for getting me to where I am in Triathlon, and to @eldoracing for hosting fun, competitive bike races that help me increase my bike handling skills and power🚴‍♀️🏅

😋2nd AG place in the Oro Valley Tri!😋

After not biking and swimming for almost almost 3 months (injury+chewonki!), I’d say these results are not too bad!😂🙈

Also great race and thank you @natalie._.moser for almost giving me a heart attac on the bike with your ‘bloody’ gel and also amazing job @pay.ton.tri 💕🙌

And thank you @triproject_az for coming out and supporting me on race day!!😃

Such a fun morning!!! Felt incredible to race again after almost 3 years. One of us got a little lost on the bike but will better map the course prior to racing next time. All such great learning experiences. So excited for the next one in a few weeks, then onto draft legal races. 🎉 🎉 Loved meeting such an amazing athlete who shares the podium with us here. Can’t wait to race together again!

Donna, and her camera, didn’t make it to #lakeeasant today. It was lovely day on the water. I paddled on my #SUP while the swimmers from @project_fleming_first_wave swam. The jet skis were a little crazy today.
If you are interested in #openwaterswimming #ows join us next Monday at the
Lake Pleasant, North Boat Ramp on Castle Hot Springs Road. 4 pm. We usually have at least one paddler and/or kayak to help out the swimmers. The water is lovely.
