I had the privilege of visiting the @otafuku_us factory in LA. During the factory tour, I learned about their company history which began in Hiroshima. We then got to participate in a okonomiyaki cooking class. There are two styles for okonomiyaki preparation: kansai (Osaka) style (mixed) and Hiroshima style (layered). We learned how to make the kansai style. This was such an amazing experience!

What started as a food truck until they opened their brick and mortar store in Arts District, they will definitely be missed. Amazing event @xochipillitacobar for black and gold yelp elites. We were treated like royalties and served with ceviche, taquitos, mole, tacos, enchiladas, and churros. Everything was delicious. I highly recommend this place! BRB, I need to run back for that guava margarita
