POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everyday is International Women’s Day and technology mysteriously sometimes doesn’t work when you want it to so I’m sharing my yesterday post, today and EVERYDAY.💃⁣
⁣
I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of the incredible women that have impacted my life this past year. And also acknowledge that I need to take more pictures.📸⁣
⁣
I’m grateful this year for the opportunity to connect with women near and far whether it be in stolen moments out of lockdown or over zoom sessions in coaching, healing, and my home @houseofpossibility.⁣
⁣
Here’s to the dreamers, the healers, the makers, the creatives, the lady bosses, athletes, executives, students, changemakers, risk takers, dance partners, mischief makers, mothers, sisters, and friends I am honored to call my soul family.⭐️⁣
⁣
I have learned so much from each and every one of you and I am in awe of the magic that can happen when women support eachother and come together in moments of connection, storytelling, and growth.❤️⁣
⁣
I am so looking forward to sharing time together in person and celebrating each and every one of you with a glass or champagne. And MORE PICTURES because there are so many incredible women who have made an impact on my life and inspired me x1000000.⚡️⁣

How was your Monday? Mine was pretty awesome.
.
Started off teaching an early morning double cycle with my favourite riders - lost my voice after 15min (not used to shouting instructions after 7 weeks in South Africa). Then taught a circuit class and the beautiful @lululemonuk Kings Road crew rocked up and surprised me with an ambassadorship - WHAAAAT! And then finished with an evening row class over at @corecollective Knightsbridge.
.
Do what you love. Have fun doing it. Surround yourself with inspiring people.

🐝🐝Still buzzing after yesterday!!!🐝🐝 However....I seem to be malfunctioning today. After working I can barely string a sentence together!!! So I'm just going to leave a few of my favourites right here!
P.s....For anyone interested.... my curly blow is still going strong even if everything else isn't. After 5 sleeps, half a marathon, 7 classes and two nights out I have come to realise it's the best £24 I have ever spent! Reckon I can squeeze at least one more day out of it before it starts walking itself into the shower.
Thanks For all your lovely messages yesterday. Promise I'll reply tomorrow xx 💜🙏

What a day 🙏🙏
Manchester great run....You absolute beauty!
You will forever be one of my favourites 💜
But today was extra special!
I went out today with no expectations, no time goals, no pressure and no negative thoughts. And I absolutely loved it!! Yesterday on our @lululemonuk retreat day @georgiegreen3 asked us why we run? What is your reason to run? And without even thinking about it I wrote "to Inspire others to run" so today on course all I thought about was how many people on the side lines we could all possibly be inspiring, how many people viewing my stories that I could possibly be reaching and about all the people that aren't lucky enough for whatever reason to be able to run.
The only time my mind really swayed from this was when I got over excited at the lululemon cheer station and peed my pants a little and had to focus on holding it in for the final Km!
Cheer squad.... you were amazing!
Manchester....as always- you were magical 💜
Fellow lululemon crew- you were inspirational 💫
And finally... beer in hand.... you were sensational 😂
