To my students…

Look how far we’ve come

Look how strong you are

Look how confident you’ve become

Look at the love you’ve brought into this community

Look at the strength you’ve given yourself

Look at the love you’ve given yourself

Just look at you, you beautiful souls🤍

I do what I do not for myself, but for you. Each of you is so beautifully unique and so incredibly strong. What an honor it’s been of mine to help show you how capable you all are.

You each have such a beautifully complex and unique journey, and I am so invested in each and every step of it. You are more capable than you could EVER imagine and I see how limitless each of you are.

Thank you for sharing your journey with me, we’ve done this together. Thank you for being vulnerable with me, we’ve been vulnerable together. Thank you for motivating me, we’ve motivated each other. Thank you for showing up for yourself, you encourage me to show up for myself as my most authentic self every day. Thank you for the most beautiful chapter 🤍

The world needs your voice 🫶🏼

A fitness instructor love letter 💌

Here’ a short snippet from last night as I said goodbye in one of my last classes with this group of incredible people 🤍

“This is a place for physical expression and movement freedom

A space that honors and celebrates your body and your strength

A place to break brain patterns if you’re battling anxiety or depression

I’ve seen it be solid ground to stand on through a divorce

An escape of grief after a loss

A space of stability after trauma

A space to rediscover your strength after you’ve had a baby

A community with arms open if you’re looking for a space to call your own

An unwind adter a long day so you can go
Home and be a present partner or parent

A safe place to be vulnerable and explore past your comfort zone

A place to gain confidence

In this room we are strong, goal oriented, focused

In this room we are vulnerable

In this room we do things we once thought we never could and we break out of our limiting beliefs

We are miraculously strong and committed to ourselves

In this room we are support for all the things life throws at us

In this room there is magic”

Often there are words on our heart that we feel and think daily, so when you have a space and an opportunity, you owe it to yourself to use your voice.

Love to you all 🫶🏼

Raw Vulnerability

I’ve been an instructor and trainer for years. I’ve had a full body and mind transformation, I teach many different formats - but the one format I have yet to do or even TRY has been spin. I have had such a strong heart tug and gut feeling that this would be the next thing I challenge myself to do - so I finally got myself into a class this morning and woah…

THE most electrifying wake up call I’ve had in a long time 😍⚡️😮‍💨

I consider myself coordinated and such but y’all - I could nottt catch on until about the last 2 songs 😂

Did it challenge me? YES

Did it shake me up to struggle as much as I did? Yes!

Did it set my soul on fire to find the next space to be a beginner again and challenge myself? HELL YES 🔥

Heres to intentionally putting yourself into spaces larger than where you are now 🤘🏼🤍 Exponential growth comes from finding your “top” and being BRAVE enough to jump all over again.

There is no “top” - Your potential is limitless 🫶🏼

Shoutout to my girl @tristen.01 for joining mee
