The part you don’t see in the portfolio: I almost quit.

I loved creating. But I couldn’t see where all the work was taking me.

What followed was three years of learning, a chapter that ended with mutual respect, and the decision to go all in on Sueño.

Then came the uncomfortable part. Admitting I needed help becoming the leader I wanted to be.

Coaching. Hard conversations. Learning to trust a team. Taking responsibility for more than my own work.

We recently hit a six-figure revenue month. A milestone I’m grateful we reached together.

But the thing that keeps me going is seeing what we can build with the people around us.

The vision for Sueño is to bring incredible creatives across Sydney and Australia together. Share knowledge. Create opportunities. Make work we’re proud of.

I’m sharing this because, at the time, I had no idea how the next chapter would look.
