I’m opening Every Body’s Marathon — a 16-week body-ready community for Every Woman’s Marathon. 💛

It’s approachable by design: bring your own training plan; I’ll bring a PT lens on the body doing the work — mobility, strength, recovery, and body awareness through every training month.

What’s inside:
💛 MOVE Monday — one practical post on the body behind the miles
💛 Finish-Line Friday — a low-pressure community check-in
💛 EWM Race Central — expo, travel, and race-week intel, all pinned in one place
💛 A monthly ask-me-anything thread

What it’s not: a mileage plan, pacing advice, or 1:1 PT. You keep your coach and your plan — this is the other half of training: learning to notice what your body is telling you.

43% of EWM runners are first-time marathoners — if that’s you, this was built for you.

🗓 Nov 9, 2026 – Feb 28, 2027 · rolling enrollment, join any time
💛 Less than $10/week ($39/month, cancel anytime). Founding members lock in $39/mo.

“People should definitely jump on this opportunity with you! You are the best”
- Elizabeth

DM me “EWM” and I’ll send you the enrollment link the moment it’s live. 💛

An independent program by Ambassador Physical Therapy — not affiliated with Every Woman’s Marathon, Team Milk, or 261 Fearless.

Before I designed brands, I designed what people wore.

Before branding systems. Before campaigns. Before AI. Before I really understood just how much I would end up loving this work.

I was lucky enough to work with some incredible names along the way including @trekbikes the @marines the @triclubsandiego and the late, great @nba Hall of Famer #billwalton

Designing cycling kits was a pretty damn good education in design.

You’re not just making something look good on a screen. You’re designing for movement, seams, zippers, size runs, production, distance, photography, repetition, and a very real person who has to actually wear the thing.

It taught me early that good design has to work beyond the artboard.

One of the biggest surprises from the clinic? How much there is to learn about the bike. 🚴🏼‍♀️

@triwithelizabeth asked David what stood out to him most from the day, and he said bike maintenance was way more involved than he expected.

He also shared that swimming is his biggest weakness right now… and honestly, that’s exactly why spaces like this matter.

Because nobody starts triathlon knowing everything.

You learn. You practice. You ask questions. You keep showing up.

And now he’s looking toward the October Mission Bay Triathlon 👏🏼

That’s how it starts. Not by feeling fully ready… but by deciding to begin.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a triathlon, let this be your reminder that you do not need to have it all figured out before you start. 🤍

Have a part of triathlon that intimidates you most? Drop it in the comments.

Transition can feel like pure chaos when you’re new to triathlon. 😅

@triwithelizabeth asked Alex, experienced triathlete, KOZ Events staff member, and leader of Tuesdays Waterfront Run Club in San Diego, what advice he has for beginners going into transition.

His answer: Stay calm, go through your checklist, and keep your setup organized.

Such simple advice, but honestly so important.

Because transition is a lot easier when you’ve already thought through what you need, where everything goes, and what order you’ll do things in.

Race morning is not the best time to freestyle your system and hope for the best. 🙃

A little prep ahead of time can make transition feel way less overwhelming and a whole lot smoother.
Save this for your first triathlon season. 🏊🏼‍♀️🚴🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️

What part of transition feels most stressful to you?
