Incredibly proud of my guy Jeffery! We’ve been working together for a little over six months, and he has gone all out every step of the way consistently tracking his meals, giving 100% during every workout, and always looking for ways to improve. When we started, shoulder pain was holding him back. Through individualized warm ups, consistent mobility work, and gradually building more joint capacity, we’ve improved his movement and built greater injury resilience. The results speak for themselves: Jeffery went from 203 lbs to 171lbs 32 lbs down! I can’t express how proud I am of him. Huge thanks for the kind words, continued support, and dedication. We’re just getting started! 💪 If you’re ready to lose weight, move better, and become a stronger version of yourself, DM me “READY” and let’s get to work!!!! #personaltraining #shoulderpainrelief #fitnesstrainer #weightloss #jointhealth
