Thomas Davis - @trojansbaseball_ - SS/RHP

Athletic mover with feel to repeat & works from an OTT slot.

FB: 82-83; Arm-side run, spotted on the inner half to RHH consistently.
CB: 66-69
CH: 76-78; Weapon to both RHH & LHH, tunnels w/ diving action.

Simplifies in a 2K count & stays balanced through the zone as he pokes this BB backside for a base-hit.

Mature approach w/ hitterish actions throughout & athletic defender in the dirt.

Consistent performer across the full year & played up this summer.

Loud contact to the pull side w/ multiple balls leaving the yard. Big junior year otw 📈

EYEN ETRIS | 2028 | SS
North Hall HS | Gainesville, GA
5’8” | 155 lbs | R/R

16U PG UGA INVITATIONAL
.429 AVG | .467 OBP | 1.252 OPS | 6-for-14 | 3 2B | 1 3B | 6 RBI | 4 R | 2 SB

Eyen Etris continued to prove why he’s becoming one of the more dependable middle infielders in Georgia’s 2028 class with another productive showing at the 16U PG UGA Invitational. The North Hall shortstop consistently delivered quality at-bats against strong competition, finishing the event with six hits in fourteen at-bats, four extra-base hits, and six RBIs while helping spark the Dingers Elite offense throughout the tournament.

Etris continues to impress with a mature offensive approach that plays well against quality pitching. His compact right-handed swing stays on plane through the zone, allowing him to consistently barrel baseballs to all fields while producing hard gap-to-gap contact. He remains balanced throughout the swing, doesn’t try to do too much, and consistently competes every at-bat. The combination of barrel accuracy and developing strength continues to make him a difficult out.

Defensively, Etris continues to separate himself. The North Hall Defensive Player of the Year displays smooth actions, soft hands, and advanced instincts that allow him to make difficult plays look routine. Just a month ago, he showcased his arm strength by reaching 90 mph across the infield during a showcase, reinforcing the athleticism and arm talent that project extremely well on the left side of the diamond.

The combination of a polished offensive approach, elite defensive instincts, and legitimate arm strength makes Etris one of the more complete middle infielders in Georgia’s 2028 class. Another impressive tournament against quality competition reinforced why he’s a player to keep a close eye on as he continues to trend upward.

Trying out something new! 📸 I’ve been having fun adding pixel stretching to some of my photos and wanted to share a few of my favorites.

Should I create more edits like these?
