Next up on our 2021 season series is the Troopers 2021 program, "Unleashed"

Nothing gets a crowd going more than a Sunburst. Uniforms are sweet and the gold horns are just lean into that Trooper identity. Unfortunately, I only had low quality high cam footage of this show from Indy, so this minute long Flo clip is what I got from YouTube.

Just as a reminder, the 2021 DCI season was an exhibition style (no scores) and an abbreviated tour length, even from today's standards. 2021 was a crazy time for DCI. There were so many experimental shows, and concepts that would never grace a competitive setting.

Do you like what @thecaspertroopers tried in 2021?

After many times of thinking “maybe next year”, I finally complete my first season of DCI.

The gang carried this season. Imma miss u guys, except u Nutter.

This was a moment I’ve looked forward to all season. I looked up to the people who marched DCI in Wynds, and to be a part of them now, it’s surreal. Let’s go home team! 🖤💜

EUPHONIUMS!!!

@josephpino3, I remember when you were a freshman in HS and you were so buns at marching. Seeing your growth through the years as a musician makes me so proud 🥹. Congrats on your first DCI season… and also beating me 🙂‍↕️

Got clipped on Flomarching in finals. If you watch the video, you can see that I saw myself on the Jumbotron. This genuinely made my season.

22.300 points. Troopers win The Arc.

From their season debut on June 28 in Fort Collins at 67.750 to DCI Finals on August 9, 2025 at 90.050, the Troopers grew more than any other World Class corps this past season. They edged Boston Crusaders by just 0.075 points to claim the first ever Arc, the award given by @TheScoreLab_ to the corps with the greatest score growth from debut show to DCI Finals.

Who wins The Arc in 2026? Drop your pick in the comments.

If you would’ve told me I would be choreographing for a drum corps 10 years ago. I would look at you funny. At some point I’ll share my true feelings.#jkmvisualdsgns #beyou #wecreatewhatyousee #lovewhatyoudo #justkeepmaking #fyp #marchingband #visualdesign #staycreative #dci
