Day 4 💛 Choose consistency

♊️ Choosing myself today was easy, Thursday boxing @tropicalthunderboxing with my baby girl 🥊

Because choosing yourself is better when your daughter is choosing herself right beside you 💛

This is what consistency looks like💪🏾🥊

Who’s your favourite person to train with?

2024! What a year. I’ve grown so much, learning from challenges & experiences I never thought I’d have. In amongst it, more highlights than I can list! - Faced new fears, achieved some major life bucket list goals, and played in many new places with the most wonderful people. Made some of the best music of my career, and continued to build connections with other incredible artists from around the country! (Been to some of the best gigs EVER. Shoutout @ponylandband who still get number 1 fave spot.) I am so incredibly proud and grateful to be on this journey, with so much love for those around me. Excited to see what 2025 will bring. (More bubbles, smiles & dumb noises I’m sure!) Thank you 🫧✨🌈🤘#2024 #highlights #musician #sax #saxophonist #saxophone #singer #bubbles #wail #festival #tour #dance #boxing #joy

2023 you BEAUTY. Thanks for every smile, sweaty rainbow tear, bubble, confetti cannon, headbang, bounce, cuddle, every gig, all opportunities to learn, for friends old & new, for all the love, and the chance to keep growing. Most of all - thanks for all the help along the way! Onwards & upwards 🤞 #2023
