🎣 Welcome to the Lucky Bug Lures Family, Ben Postnikoff! 🎣

We’re excited to officially welcome Ben Postnikoff—better known as @TroutBENder—to the Lucky Bug Lures Ambassador Team!

Born and raised in the stunning West Kootenays of British Columbia, Ben is the kind of angler who lives for the adventure. Whether he’s hiking into remote alpine lakes, exploring forgotten logging roads, or wading legendary mountain streams, he’s always in pursuit of wild trout and unforgettable experiences.

For Ben, fishing isn’t just a hobby—it’s a way of life.

“Fishing isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.”

That passion, dedication, and respect for wild places perfectly embodies what Lucky Bug Lures is all about.

You’ll be seeing more of Ben’s incredible adventures, trout tactics, and favourite Lucky Bug setups throughout the season. We can’t wait to share the journey with all of you!

Welcome aboard, Ben! 🎣🇨🇦

Nothing gets us more excited than hearing from anglers who are putting Lucky Bug lures to work on the water!
A huge thank you to Ben Postnikoff for this awesome 5-star review of our Bingo Bug – White w/ Purple Shorty Special:
"Sharp n Ready right outta the box. A go-to lure for any angler. Gin Clear Lake, the rhythmic bounce of my rod tip... then BAM... Fish On!!"
We love hearing your success stories and seeing our lures help create unforgettable days on the water.
Thank you for trusting Lucky Bug Lures and for sharing your catches with us!

Shoutout to our local Brew-Laureate, @ben_postnikoff 🧡🤩

This fella’s been writin’ poetry about the Hen, the beer, the town, the whole BC experience all year long, and honestly, we eat that stuff up 🍻

Thanks for all the inspiration, we do all this for awesome people like you!

PS: You can get in on some creative fun, too! We love poems, sketches, songs, weird little napkin drawings, even stories you scribbled down after two pints! We want ‘em!

Make sure to tag us in your creations, bring ’em by the brewery, or just write us somethin’ in the comments anytime you’re feelin’ inspired.

Let’s see what ya got, cluckers!

Longer days. Warmer water. Trout season is ON in BC. 🎣
Time to dust off the tackle box, hit the lake before sunrise, and see what bites.
From trolling deep to casting near shorelines, the right lure can make all the difference. The Bingo Bug & Lucky Plug was built to trigger aggressive trout strikes with vibration, flash, and erratic action fish can’t ignore.

What’s your go-to BC lake this time of year? 👇

When the chironomids are everywhere but the fish still choose the Bingo Bug… you know you’re onto something. 🎣🌈

Awesome rainbow trout day on BC waters for local angler Ben @ben_postnikoff . Thanks for sharing the action! 🙌

Who else has had a “BINGO all day” kind of fishing trip? 👇

Don’t steal other peoples fishing spots when they are fishing it. That’s the lesson! And yes that’s me turning my camera on to film those bums just setting up in my spot
