A testament to ambitious goals and achieving them with a smile. It’s been a year that I’ve been in the city and I am so thankful to have found a community of people that I align so well with. Consistent and disciplined people out here making a brighter future.

Three weeks ago I called these guys and told them my goal of raising $20k for cancer research. Their only questions were “when and where”.

Surround yourself with the right people and anything is possible.

Grateful for this crew through this challenge and always. @trowbridge77 @nickdemetriadis not pictured but fully here in spirit

$20,000 and 100km. We did it.

Spent the past 48 hours trying to find words to describe what we just accomplished, but there simply aren’t any with enough meaning to express what I feel.

In a world where we often hear humans are “less connected than ever”, I just witnessed hundreds of people come together to support a friend, a family, and a cause in a way I could never have imagined.

Though the gratitude I feel may not be summed up with words, I need to say the most heartfelt thank you to every single person who ran a lap, waved, cheered, sent a dm, said a prayer, or donated to our fundraiser.

This world is full of truly incredible people, and if you lead with your heart for long enough, I promise you’ll find yours.

With love, Liam.

Today isn’t just about running 100km, it’s about showing our friends and family that they’re not alone, that no matter what hardship we face, we face it together.

I feel so blessed to have my friends and family around me today. Together, we’re making every step count toward a future without cancer.

Gratitude doesn’t begin to describe my feelings for 2024. New city. Unearthed passions. Bigger goals. Achievements. Failures.

It’s incredible how much a purposeful and deliberate change can influence your perception of the world around you.

My greatest takeaway from this year:
Pursuing challenge, impact, and change (over weeks and months) brings more joy than short term pleasures ever could.

The world is yours in 2025 - go chase it.
