As always, REC101 will donate €1 for each ticket sold to a good cause. For this event, we will donate to Myanmar (through the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies), which was struck by a devastating earthquake on March 28th.

Late to our own party and late to the trend (as always)

“Hey, let’s throw a party, not a house party.” This is where the whole story begins. And one year later, they still carry it on. The encounter with @troy.qtrungg and @lorenzo_vgb was such a fueling experience. They always bring that enthusiasm and burning heart. I still appreciate that you guys embraced me as one of your companions during the moment I felt most uncertain and lost. The nights out with you always delighted me and kept my heart dare all those adventure here.

When I first heard you guys brainstormed this idea of @rec101.events , I felt so much honoured and thrilled to be witnessing the birth and growth of such a young dream. I said: When I was staying till the end at the closing of De School, I was so moved seeing the gathering of those talented minds that made the project come true and come to an end. I kept wondering how they were when they just came up with such an idea and striving their way to make it happen. And here I am, being the very first ones to witness and support the launch of your ideas, and to be there for the one year.

This is the beautiful thing about this raving scene in Amsterdam, It is such a fortune to be surrounded by those young talented souls that facing whatever obstacles, hold strongly and pave determinedly their way to make what they dream and believe happen.

Whatever voices you may hear along the way, I just want to tell you: I adore you, I chant you, and I believe in you all. I appreciate your dedication, passion, and devotion, that motivates and lights me up whenever I hit the wall and felt defeated by reality.

We are not just carrying on our own dreams, we raise one another’s, we rise together and we shine on each other. In the end, we all are just acting upon what we believe, but that which we believe, consists the sole reason for us to carry on.
