POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Vibes lately.

Brought Wolf to the movies so he could watch @heartofthebeast with us. He told me he loved it! 😂🐺🍿

A few weeks before @johnlegend new album dropped, got to attend an exclusive listening session where we heard the songs for the first time and John broke down the stories and creative process behind them. Produced by @pharrell . The album officially dropped a few days ago 🔥

Just taking it all in. Different experiences, different perspectives. All fuel for what I’m creating next. 🎨

📍@commonhousenola hosted the Better You Boot Camp today! Great circuit training and a super fun and competitive vibe! Today we started with goblin squats, plyometrics, followed by Halo lunges to get the legs pumped and activated. Then we stepped into our main circuit that included medicine ball slams, one hand dumbbell snatches, medicine ball tosses, combat ropes and bear crawls! 💪🏾#nola #fitnessmotivation #fitness #lifestyle #workout
