Day in the life of a DJ (or two)!❤️
We had a great time at the third @thegirlgames_ down at @bowlersmanchester on Sunday!

Massive well done to the organisers and all the competitors for another successful event!

A lot goes on in the background before and after that no one else sees so we thought it would be nice to share our part of the journey!

Also a massive shoutout to @adoredevents__ , we are extremely excited for the 24th October where we are opening the Acid House arena at their enormous 5 arena event here at @bowlersmanchester We’d love to see you if you come down- we’re playing 2-3pm .
Big Love Helen & Nadz X

How’s your Saturday going? It’s the prep time before the gig that no one sees for us!

Busting the myth that all female DJ’s turn up, flick their hair about and don’t do much…

We take this, set it all up and bring the tunes for the full day, break down and take everything away again ❤️

Prep is key when time is tight ( although I do need to pack wires away as carefully to stop me dealing with spaghetti junction every time)!!
@tru_djs are bringing the party to @bowlersmanchester tomorrow for the third @thegirlgames_ and we can’t wait!

We’ve had competitors get in touch with requests this time, so expect some more classic bangers as part of our soundtrack to the event alongside our own selections 💪🏽

What an incredible event The Girl Games is 💪🏼✨

Watching what these amazing women can achieve in just one event is so inspiring the strength, determination and support between everyone is unreal!

A little throwback to some of my favourite moments from last time… I can’t wait to be back capturing it all again this Sunday 📸🩷

We had such a fun day working with @adoredevents__ yesterday as part of their summer series! Such a well organised event! There are still a couple left to go this year and next year's tickets are already flying out for all their events across the North West & Yorkshire- you can find them on Skiddle. If indoors is more your bag, Manchester Adored hits Bowlers on 24th October- we're excited to be opening the Acid House arena! We'd love you to join us there- again, grab your tickets on Skiddle😃😃😃 @tru_djs @djnadzsupreme @adoredevents__ #festival #bands #manchester #acidhouse #bowlersmanchester

@tru_djs are super excited to be playing on their main stage at their event on the 24th October 2026. If you haven't purchased your tickets yet. Try and come though and see us kick start their Manchester day at Bowlers.

We will look forward to seeing you guys there 🫶🎧🎚🎵

Stacked out night down at @mellows.bar.barrowford last night!Myself and @djnadzsupreme were out in force as @tru_djs and our pal @v_nessdj came along for a little spin and some company 💕 Were you there? If not, you missed out! Lovely to see old and new faces and thank you to all the staff for your hospitality! P.S. Loving the strawberry mojitos (even though they were non alcoholic this time 😃) see you again soon X

When your job entails playing great tunes with your bestie 💕 we always have a Truly good time ! @tru_djs

I'm not a typical "dance about girl DJ", I like to concentrate on the music but this one always manages to bring out my silly side haha @djnadzsupreme
"Get ready for this, get ready for this"... pure passion and joy! That's what it's all about 🖤

What a TRU pleasure to be invited back to @mellows.bar.barrowford
We always have a ball! The place was packed and we kept the dance floor busy. Great venue, great staff, great punters, great night. Thanks to all that made it a great night, especially a shoutout to my music sister in crime @hln_dj_ When @tru_djs get together 🧨💥💥💥
