This was a fun bike to ride and thanks to @truebs I was able to keep the bike operable with a front derailleur cage replacement. Fresh rubber, tape chain and cassette and she floats over the pavement. Thank you for choosing Launchpad 🤠#launchpadbikes #eastonpa #bikelife #localbikeshop #lehighvalleypa

What an incredible night! I had the best time at the World Cup watch party behind @eastonpublicmkt tonight. There’s nothing quite like cheering on team USA to a win with your neighbors.

Events like this are exactly why I have love living in this city. We know how to come together! If you missed tonight, check out more info on upcoming World Cup Soccer Social events at Easton Public Market: https://eastonpublicmarket.com/easton-soccer-social/

If you’re over 50 and finishing rides completely wrecked, the problem might not be age—it might be underfueling.

On the latest episode of The Bicycling Show About Bicycling, our editors break down why older riders need to pay closer attention to carbs, protein, hydration, and timing. If you want to go deeper on riding as you age, Bicycling’s How to Ride Strong at 50+ offers more guidance on staying strong for years to come.

Modern pro racing looks a little different than it used to—and one big clue is how little time riders spend in the drops.

On the latest episode of The Bicycling Show About Bicycling, our editors break down why pros are spending more time on the hoods, how aerodynamics changed what “fast” looks like on the bike, and what that shift means for the rest of us.

I'm 42 years old today.

So I'm treating myself to building up this beautiful @eyewaterbicycles for @truebs

I've been quiet lately on social media. It feels both tone-deaf and kinda pointless with everything going on.

I've also been quite busy both in the shop and working through a lot of personal stuff. I've truly never felt better in my life.

And that's a pretty good birthday gift.
