Day 8 of 40 Days to 40 August 16,2026
🎒✨ WE DID IT, DMV! ✨🎒

What a DAY! Another incredible Back-to-School Event is officially in the books, and my heart is FULL! ❤️

A HUGE thank you to every single VOLUNTEER who gave your time, energy, and love to make this day possible. 🙌🏽 You showed up and showed OUT!

To all the families who came through—THANK YOU for trusting us, celebrating with us, and allowing us to pour into your babies. 🥰📚✏️

A very special THANK YOU to our sponsor, @vivaceusa_official , for believing in the vision and helping us make an even bigger impact. 💫

And to ALL of our amazing vendors, hairstylists, barbers, supporters, and community partners—this event would not be what it is without YOU! 🫶🏽

This is more than hair.
More than school supplies.
More than an event.

IT’S COMMUNITY. IT’S LOVE. IT’S GIVING BACK. ❤️

Another year. Another successful Back-to-School Event. Another reminder of what happens when the DMV comes together! 🔥

DMV 2026 — WE OUTSIDE & WE GAVE BACK! 🎒✏️💈💇🏽‍♀️❤️

Until next year… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! 🥂✨

💚 DAY 7 OF 40 DAYS TO 40 | AUGUST 15, 2026 💚

Today was ALL about community, creativity & good energy! 💪🏾✨

I spent my day with @hairsagamd at their 3rd Annual Back-to-School Giveaway, surrounded by some of my favorite stylists! 🥰✂️

Shoutout to:

And let me tell y’all… I had SUCH a good time! 💚 I love these ladies, and it was beautiful connecting, laughing, creating and showing up for the community together. I even got to meet some new amazing people! 💪🏾💚

And because apparently I don’t know how to sit down 😂… I still made time to finish getting everything ready for TOMORROW’S 3RD ANNUAL SALON HAIRARCHY BACK-TO-SCHOOL EVENT! 🎒✂️🔥

The countdown is OVER. TOMORROW WE OUTSIDE! 😮‍💨🔥

I hope to see ALL of you there! Bring the babies, bring your family, bring your friends and come experience the love! 💚🎒✨
