The industry’s favorite week is upon us, and I’m really stoked to see everyone this year at @tales_of_the_cocktail ! I’ll be competing in TWO competitions this year, and I would love to see y’all there cheering everyone on! This is my first year competing in @speed_rack , and while there’s no guarantee I’ll make stage, all support for the gals and the organization are encouraged! If you love womxn, BE THERE! If you hate cancer, BE THERE! This is the first year for the newly revamped USCC presented by @usbg and @tales_of_the_cocktail ! I’m a top 5 national finalist and have the opportunity to advance to the global final in Macau, China! I’ll also get an opportunity to be a part of the FIRST Global Single Malt Symposium! Y’all know my love for education, and getting to meet the makers of some of the world’s best single malts is making me so giddy with excitement! Y’all come check it out and sip on some GOOD JUICE! Finally, it wouldn’t be Tales without a little partying! We’re running back one of the best shindigs of the week: Resonance with @suntoryglobalspirits — now Elevated for even more magical sensory moments. @barkumiko @mrlyan @loma_bar will be in the house to delight with signature libations, and indulge on prestige pours from the Suntory portfolio! Can’t wait for all the sweaty hugs, blurry selfies, manifold cheers and infinite smiles that the week will bring. See y’all at Tales!

Shout out to FROM THE GROUND UP for giving me a platform to share what I do. For Dandelion BevEd, we’ve built the business with intention - and one important arm of that business is ‘Dandelion BevEd Presents.’ This is where we bring our self-produced experiences to life - identifying the gaps in beverage education, uncovering underserved topics, and creating programs designed to move the industry forward. We start by asking: What conversations, categories, or educational opportunities are missing? Then we ideate, build, and produce experiences that meet those needs with purpose and relevance. A core part of that process is collaboration. We partner with subject matter experts to shape programming that delivers meaningful, high-impact moments in learning and connection. Only after the ideation is fully developed do we seek the right brand partners. That matters because it protects the integrity of the program. The education is never built to serve brand marketing - it is built to serve the topic first. The right partners then strengthen the experience by bringing real-world examples and credibility to the conversation. That approach allows us to create programming that is educational first, strategically partnered, and genuinely valuable to the beverage community. In our first 19 months of operating, we will have built and executed 3 impactful ‘Dandelion BevEd Presents’ programs that are still active! - True Grist: The American Single Malt Experience - ‘less booze, ALL THE BUZZ!’ - ...(coming soon) #BeverageEducation #ExperientialLearning #DrinksIndustry #HospitalityIndustry #BrandPartnerships ThoughtLeadership IndustryEducation BeverageProfessionals EventStrategy ConsumerEngagement

@barconventbrooklyn has been a great networking experience for years. Some fun and interesting finds: - a Lebanese Single Malt Whisky - a non-alcoholic sparking wine alternative - a few great non-alcoholic apertivo’s - Old Fitz 9 year old and their HH/Old Fritz LTO - crashing an internal tasting of Curado’s portfolio - UNDONE’s high, low and no- boozy cocktails And so much more! Old friends, new friends and lots of great products to explore.

@pdxcw was so special for me this year because I got to work several events with @dandelion_beved and @whhospitality on some fantastic education and production. Many thanks for allowing me to be a part of such an incredible team. In particular, True Grist: The American Single Malt Experience ( @truegrist_asm ) was a thoughtful deep-dive into this newest American Whisky category, with god-tier instruction from @kyletheboozehound and @ginafossitt and in-person insights from distillers and Single Malt pros @jhimstedt of @balconesdistilling , @matt_klette of @stranahans and Mark Stell of @birdcreekwhiskey . The content was enriching, the whisky was diverse, nuanced and exciting, and this was truly a singular educational experience. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn about this category, to help steward fun and important educational moments for my fellow hospitality community, and to work with such immensely talented friends. I’m happy to announce I’m officially certified by @edinburghwhiskyacademy in American Single Malt Whisky!!! I am constantly floored by the generosity and collaboration this industry inspires. Thank you to everyone involved—what a memorable week! Photos by @jacobtylerdunn @caitlynridenour @jbrasted
