On April 7th, we had the honor of collaborating with Touch of Hope Foundation and True Light Foundation for a fundraising event dubbed SPECTRUM SPORTS DAY.

This event was organized to raise funds in support of the Embrace the Spectrum Campaign—a powerful initiative aimed at educating the public about Neurodiversity and promoting inclusivity.

🌟 GUBA Foundation is excited to announce a meaningful collaboration with Embrace the Spectrum, Touch of Hope Foundation, The True Light Foundation, and Miss Malaika, as we come together to celebrate the International Day of Play on Wednesday, 26th June, at Henry House Community School in Ho. 🎉

This special day will shine a spotlight on the importance of play in child development, particularly as a vital tool in identifying early signs of autism. Through play, children express themselves, explore their world, and connect with others — and it can often be the first window through which parents and caregivers notice developmental differences that may require attention.

Throughout the day, we’ll be joined by a dynamic group of experts, including speech and language therapists, doctors, educators, and parents, who will generously share their insights, experiences, and strategies on how play can support learning, emotional growth, and early diagnosis of developmental conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD). 🧠🧩

At GUBA Foundation, we believe that raising awareness is the first step to building inclusive, supportive communities for all children. This event will not only offer engaging activities and learning opportunities for children and their families but also serve as a powerful reminder of the role each of us plays in nurturing potential through compassion and understanding.
