A Wednesday daytime pool party? Say less. 🌴☀️

This celebration felt like a full-on weekend takeover — but better, because the weather was finally perfect 🙌 and the cocktails were hitting just right.

On the menu:
💗 Twisted Flamingo – fruity + flirty, a true poolside sipper.
🌸 That’s So Palm Springs – refreshing desert vibes in a glass.
🍹 Tommy’s Margarita – bold, classic, never misses.

Everyone kept circling back for thirds… fourths… and yes, even fifths 😅 That’s when you know it’s a 100/10 kind of day. From shaking + pouring to laughing with the crew, this one had everything: good people, great cocktails, and daytime sunshine vibes.

Weekday or weekend, Crafted Sips brings the party. 🥂✨

Lately I’ve been keeping it simple, going for lots of protein + color 🌈

- @hodofoods curry nuggets with preserved lemon vinaigrette salad + tortilla for scooping
- the same thing but with air fried tofu
- @minaelleskitchen.ca lemon garlic butter
beans… new recipe! So cool how the whole lemon peel is used 9.5/10
- @truenopal mocktail with lemon juice + agave 🌵
- lentil tacos … cooked lentils + taco seasoning, so delish
- lemon tofu + chickpea lemon salad

Lil summer hydration drink (you could add some Malibu depending on how you’re feeling🌞). True Nopal prickly pair water is DELICIOUS!

Only 8g of sugar with NO added sugar. Good source of Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium. Simple ingredients with natural vegetable color. No harmful dyes 💕

12.14.24 | I am very proud of how we navigated all the decisions the alpine threw at us this day. Everything from evaluating avy risk, building the anchor (ice screws vs boulders), deciding which flows to climb, where to build the belay station, and communicating through a situation we faced where we needed a directional. It's all these discussions and decisions that will make or break your climbing experience outside and with your partner. Having someone who you trust and feel 100% comfortable voicing your thoughts and opinions is everything, especially in the alpine. I'm so grateful for my partners and days like these, where we have a great time and most importantly come home safe.

This is a pink panther style margarita which is highlighted by the refreshing prickly pear water, sweetened with coconut syrup, and balanced out with the sour zing of a fresh sour mix 😝

TICKLED ME PRICK:
• 1 oz @truenopal prickly pear water
• 1 3/4 oz @espolontequila
• 3/4 oz @dekuypercocktails triple sec
• 1/2 oz coconut syrup
• 2oz sour mix (1/2 lemon juice, 1 oz lime juice, 1/2 orange juice, 1/2 agave)
• @badiaspices cilantro salt on glass for garnishment 🌿

It’s a hot day, Eye am about to crush this!!
Would you drink this? Let me know ⬇️

CACTUS WATER is a wonderful natural source of Magnesium, Potassium and Sodium aka Electrolytes💧💧💧

Cactus H2O not only keeps your body hydrated but also cleanses and detoxes it.
Low in carbs and low in sugars compared to Coconut water.

I am giving this one a try, it’s really good chilled and with ice🧊🌵💧

How do you get electrolytes?

Let’s make a Ketone Lime Refresher estilo Sonora without alcohol cause that crap is poison. I’ve had a couple long weeks of work shooting and I’m tired so this was amazing while editing today. Here’s how I made it.
1. Chill the glass
2. Salt the rim. I used Redmond’s sea salt
3. Fill glass about halfway with raspberry lime spindrift
4. Add some True Nopal cactus water
5. Pour in a shot of @ketoneiq for cognitive benefit 🫡
6. Add a lime wedge
7. Add more lime cause it’s hot out and lime is delicious
8. Enjoy this cool drink and get some stuff done
