THE WORK NOBODY SEES CREATES THE PLAYER EVERYBODY NOTICES! 😤🏀🔥

Today, I had the pleasure of filming high school point guard Zo Martin during an intense weight-room session—and he came ready to work! Every repetition showed his focus, discipline, determination, and commitment to becoming a better athlete.

Great point guards don’t only work on their handles, passing, and shooting. They also prepare their bodies, strengthen their foundation, and put in the behind-the-scenes work needed to compete at a high level. Zo stayed focused, attacked every exercise, and refused to take shortcuts. 💪🏽💯

The cameras captured the workout, but they also captured something even more important: a young athlete dedicated to his journey. This is the work that happens when there are no crowds, no scoreboard, and no applause—just discipline, effort, and a goal.

Keep your eyes on Zo Martin because this high school PG is only getting started! 🎥🏀🔥

They Sleeping On Me ! 🏀💪🏾

Nothing compares to a father helping his son prepare for the next chapter. Every drill, every correction, and every long day in the gym is about building more than a basketball player—it’s about building confidence, discipline, leadership, and character. 💯

Zo the Point Guard is getting ready for his high school basketball season, and Dad is making sure he’s prepared mentally and physically! No shortcuts. No excuses. Just love, guidance, and WORK. 🔥⛹🏾‍♂️

2026/2027 Sunset League Preview 🌅🏀
(Attempt 2)

Some of the most historic schools in OC, and one of the best public school leagues in the county, for all sports. The Sunset League is always sure to provide star hoopers and some great rivalries. Let’s take a look at some of the guys that will be making noise this season!

For full my league projections visit the link in the bio 👀

* League Champs
* League MVP
* All-League 1st, 2nd, 3rd teams

@edisonboysbasketball

Edison could be a sleeper team in the league this season with a great combo of size and shooting. Major Smith and Jackson Oei are terrific shooters. Both hit 11 3’s in a game last year which has them tied for the school record. Amare Lesley is one of the most physically imposing true big men in the C/O 2027 at 6’9”. Mike Parks-Lee is a high potential forward with breakout potential, and Edison also has 2 young newcomers with high ceilings in Trent Gage and Lorenzo Martin.

@oilersbbb

The Oilers have picked up some intriguing newcomers to go along with seniors Alex Hoad and Ethan Huynh who will be leaders for this HB team. Alex is one to watch in particular with high upside as a 2-way wing. Great all around player, and hit a memorable clutch game winner last season in league play. Isaac Chinchilla comes over from Fountain Valley looking to make a big impact and Karsa Abdollahian adds a strong presence down low

@newportharborhoops

Newport Harbor has the best size of any team in the league with 3 uniquely talented big men who will have big roles. Cole Hawke is one of the top bigs in the league, averaged 22.5 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 3.5 apg in NH’s Gus Yardley Summer Tournament last month. Will Rauch and Liam Casey round out the talented backcourt. Marcel Aguilar also caught my attention this summer with a huge game at NH. An all-2nd team player last season. Plenty more opportunities to step up for NH, including Oliver Aguero who had a solid 25/26 season.

@seakingbasketball

Corona Del Mar comes into the season as reigning, undefeated champs, but have lost some key pieces. Despite, CDM and last year’s league MVP Maxwell Scott will undoubtedly be in contention for another league title. Max, my early fav
