#PackingTips post (skip if you’ve got this down already 😬) 21 days, 4 countries, 1 carry-on + 1 personal bag. No checked luggage. Route: Istanbul → Prague (conference, 4 days) → London (visa stopover, 4 days) → Dublin (work, 5 days) → Scotland (sailing, 8 days incl. an Edinburgh overnight). The trick: plan outfits around the weather *before* you pack — mild in Prague, cooler/rainy in London & Dublin, properly cold sailing even with the sun out. With multiple flights and trains, I didn’t want to wait at baggage claim or haul a heavy bag between stations. Layers are everything when you’re hitting different climates back to back. Work: 2 bottoms (black pants + skirt), 4 tops (3 sleeveless + 1 button-down) styled to mix with both, 2 light wool cardigans (grey, black). Casual/travel: 5 sleeveless/short-sleeve tops + 1 pair of jeans. Sailing: 2 water-resistant pants, 2 long-sleeve hitech shirts, 1 light but warm hoodie. Sleep: 2 pj sets (warm + cold weather). Outer layers: 1 vest + 1 hoodie (worn during transit to save space), 1 thin Uniqlo jacket that packs down to nothing + one thin water resistant jacket Extras: 1 bikini, 1 hamam towel, 2 scarves (light + warm), 2 hats (boat + hiking), gloves, umbrella + rain poncho, toiletries in mini bottles, flip-flops, a small black purse, undergarments + 2 black tights (lifesavers in cold Dublin/London). Shoes: Pokeboo boots (the brand many of you asked about!) + Veja GT Nolyn (black) for work/travel days. Did 0 laundry — just aired everything out after wearing, except underwear ofc. Cooler temps = no sweating = airing actually worked. While I had everything in packing cubes in compressed bags I ended up taking them out and just layering the suitcase and ended up saving space. I also did some shopping - a new skirt and a dress. 😎 Would I have liked an extra jacket, shoes, or a few more layers? Sure. But that meant a bigger bag, and avoiding checked luggage was the whole point. 🧳✈️ #capsulewardrobe #travellight #packinglikeapro #protraveler
