One of the most important parts of ceremony design is creating the perfect first impression — the moment guests arrive, take their seats and see where the couple will say “I do”✨ For this wedding, we wanted that moment to feel romantic, elegant and completely connected to Villa Miani. A soft floral aisle, an open view over Rome and a palette that complemented the surroundings rather than overpowering them. Because the most beautiful weddings don’t feel decorated for the sake of decoration. Every detail has a reason to be there 🤍 Planner @trustevents.me Bride @c_abramian Manager @elizaveta_prodan Decoration @flowercouturebymp_official Venue @villamiani_official Photo @tyom_akop Photo @aisleglam Video @the_wedding_valley #destinationwedding #destinationweddingplanner #weddingroma #eventplanner #weddingreception

Our ceremony at Villa Miani took place with a breathtaking view of the Vatican. At the most touching moment of the wedding ceremony, amidst the silence of nature and the gardens, the bells suddenly began to ring 🔔 It gave everyone goosebumps and filled their hearts with pure joy 🙏🏻🤍✨ Moments like this cannot be planned or arranged. We believe it was God’s blessing and a beautiful sign for this new family and their bright future 🤍 - Церемония на Villa Miani проходила с потрясающим видом на Ватикан. Мы верим, что это настоящее благословение и прекрасный знак для новой семьи и её светлого будущего 🤍 Planner @trustevents.me Bride @c_abramian Manager @elizaveta_prodan Decoration @flowercouturebymp_official Venue @villamiani_official Photo @aisleglam Video @the_wedding_valley #weddinginrome #vaticanwedding #weddinginitaly #romewedding #weddingplanneritaly

Для нас было огромной радостью создать этот день для вас 🤍 ——- We are blessed to work with the most wonderful couples — kind, warm-hearted people whose hearts are filled with joy & happiness. They say like attracts like, and it makes us happy to believe that the energy we share with our couples is truly alike. ✨ The most rewarding part of our work is receiving words of gratitude after a wedding. 🥹🤍 Behind every event are months of preparation, hundreds of decisions and countless details. And after all of that, hearing that our couple was truly happy, that they could simply enjoy their wedding and not worry about a thing — this is the best feedback our entire team could receive 🤍 Thank you for your trust, Christelle & Roman. THE CEREMONY — WHERE THE WEDDING REALLY BEGINS 🤍 The ceremony is often the shortest part of a wedding day, yet it sets the emotional tone for everything that follows. When we design it, we think beyond the flowers. The view, the direction of the aisle, the position of the couple, the guests’ perspective and even the way the space will look from above — all of it matters. At Villa Miani, Rome itself became part of the setting. We kept the ceremony open to the incredible panorama and framed the aisle with soft, cloud-like florals, creating a space that felt impressive, but never competed with the reason everyone was there 🤍🕊️ Planner @trustevents.me Bride @c_abramian Manager @elizaveta_prodan Decoration @flowercouturebymp_official Venue @villamiani_official Photo @aisleglam #TrustEvents #destinationwedding #destinationweddingitaly #weddingplanneritaly #weddingdeco

We believe that finding your soulmate is one of God’s greatest blessings — and we are always happy to reflect this faith in the wedding ceremony itself 🤍 Of course we plan every detail of a wedding, but some things cannot be planned — they can only be blessed. A wedding ceremony is not simply a beautiful tradition. It is the beginning of a shared path full of love, and we always pray for our couples to be blessed. 🙏🏻🤍 Planner @trustevents.me Bride @c_abramian Manager @elizaveta_prodan Venue @villamiani_official Decoration @flowercouturebymp_official Photo @tyom_akop

WHEN ROME BECOMES YOUR WEDDING DESTINATION 🇮🇹 Rome is one of the most beautiful destinations for an international wedding: easily accessible from across Europe and beyond, filled with exceptional hotels, world-class gastronomy, history, architecture and that unmistakable Italian atmosphere. And above the Eternal City stands Villa Miani — one of Rome’s most iconic event venues. The villa offers something truly rare: the privacy, the grandeur of a historic residence and breathtaking panoramic views over Rome and St. Peter’s Basilica. Why do we love working here? 🤍 The view. Rome itself becomes part of the décor. 🤍 The versatility. Elegant interiors, terraces and gardens allow us to create completely different atmospheres throughout the celebration — from welcome cocktails and dinner to dancing late into the night. 🤍Stunning gardens & elegant interiors. Villa Miani is equally impressive outdoors and inside, giving us complete flexibility when planning the celebration. A spectacular ceremony and welcome cocktail can take place in the gardens, while dinner and the party can move seamlessly into the villa’s beautiful interiors — without the need to build a tent in case of rain. 5 PERFECT WEDDING TABLE RULES & NUMBERS 1. 🤍 Give every guest enough space. Allow at least 65 cm per guest. For a more generous and comfortable setting, plan 70–75 cm. 2. 🤍 Keep flowers & candles conversation-friendly. Low arrangements should stay around 25–30 cm high, so guests can easily see and talk to each other. For tall arrangements, keep the main floral volume above eye level. 3. 🤍 Choose the right table width. Around 120 cm in width gives enough space for flowers, candles, tableware and comfortable service. If you’re serving sharing-style dishes, allow for extra space. 4. 🤍 Follow table etiquette. The number and placement of plates, cutlery and glasses should always correspond to the selected menu and drinks. More is not always better. 5. 🤍 Make the menu part of the décor. A beautifully printed menu is not only informative — it’s also a design element. It can highlight the theme of the evening and elevate the entire table setting. TRUST TIP: Instead of traditional place cards, we wrote each guest’s name on a personalised small drum and left it on the plates. Guests then used them to welcome the bride and groom — and to bring even more energy to the most unforgettable moments on the dance floor. 🥰😍 Planner : @trustevents.me Bride : @c_abramian Manager : @elizaveta_prodan Decoration : @flowercouturebymp_official Photographer : @aisleglam Venue : @villamiani_official @aiselgram #wedding #weddingtips #weddingdecor #weddingtabledecor #weddingplanner

THE MORNING OF THE BRIDE — HOW TO MAKE IT PERFECT The wedding day starts long before the ceremony. A well-planned bridal morning sets the mood for the entire day. 1. 🤍 Choose the right space. Natural light, enough room for the photographer, makeup artist and stylist, and a clean, neutral interior make a huge difference. 2. 🤍 Prepare all the details in advance. Dress, shoes, jewellery, rings and bouquet should be ready before the photographer arrives. 3. 🤍 Keep the room visually clean. Suitcases, plastic bags, water bottles, chargers and breakfast trays should be removed before shooting starts. 4. 🤍 Allow more time than you think you need. The bridal morning should never feel rushed. Add at least 30–45 minutes of buffer time to the schedule. 5. 🤍 Bridal breakfast is a must. Don’t forget to eat. A light breakfast and plenty of water are essential — the next proper meal may be hours away. 6. 🤍 Limit the number of people in the room. Too many people create noise, movement and unnecessary stress. Keep your morning intimate. 7. 🤍 Don’t schedule every minute for photographs. Leave some empty time simply to look at yourself, take in the moment and just enjoy your special morning. Our morning was illuminated not only by the sun and the newlyweds’ happy eyes, but also by the impressive sparkle of their Graff diamond rings. ✨ Planner @trustevents.me Beautiful bride @c_abramian Manager @elizaveta_prodan Venue @villamiani_official Photo @tyom_akop #wedding #weddingtips #bridesmorning #weddinginitaly #graff

THE WEDDING PRESIDIUM — WHICH ONE IS YOURS? The presidium is more than just the couple’s table. It is one of the main visual focal points of the wedding — the place that naturally draws attention throughout the dinner, speeches and celebration. There is no single rule for how it should look. Here are a few of the most popular formats: • 🤍 The classic sweetheart table — an intimate table for two, with the bride and groom at the centre of attention. • 🤍 The family presidium — the couple shares the table with their parents or closest family members. • 🤍 The friends’ table — a longer, more relaxed setup with bridesmaids, groomsmen or closest friends. • 🤍 The statement presidium — designed as a true visual centrepiece, with flowers, candles and decorative elements framing the couple from behind or from the sides. For Roman & Christelle’s wedding, we chose one of this season’s key trends — tall floral arrangements placed behind and on both sides of the newlyweds, creating a beautiful frame around the couple while keeping the table itself elegant and refined. MONUMENTAL FLORAL VASES - ONE OF THIS SEASON’S BIGGEST WEDDING TRENDS 🕊️ Monumental vases with spectacular floral arrangements are one of the key wedding décor trends this season 🤍 Oversized and almost sculptural in their presence, these statement vases are designed to be much more than containers for flowers. Filled with abundant flowers and placed on tall pedestals, they add height, volume and grandeur, instantly transforming the atmosphere of a venue. They can frame the couple’s table, mark an entrance, decorate the ceremony aisle or be positioned throughout the space as dramatic floral accents. The key to this trend is scale: impressive proportions, sculptural shapes and luxurious floral compositions that make the vases themselves an important part of the overall design. Classic in shape, monumental in scale - and definitely one of the statement wedding trends of the season 🌟 Planner @trustevents.me Manager @elizaveta_prodan Decoration @flowercouturebymp_official Photo @aisleglam Photo @philip_andrukhovich #wedding #weddingtips #weddingdecoration #weddinginitaly #weddingtrends

LED SCREEN — WHY IT IS A MUST-HAVE FOR A MODERN WEDDING An LED screen is definitely a big investment into a wedding and a significant line in a wedding budget. But today, it has become much more than just technical equipment - it is an essential part of the scenography, atmosphere and guest experience. 1. 🤍 Live broadcasting brings every emotion closer, ensuring that every guest can see the most important moments. Of course, this is especially relevant for larger weddings, where not every guest has a perfect view of the stage or dance floor. 2. 🤍 It transforms the space. Visual content can completely change the mood of the venue throughout the evening - from elegant dinner backgrounds to spectacular party graphics. 3. 🤍 Screen is a must for serious artists. And it makes the show bigger. Artist performances, entrances, speeches and special effects become much more powerful when the screen is integrated into the production. 4. 🤍 It tells the couple’s story. Personal videos, archival photographs, specially created animations and visual storytelling make the wedding truly individual. 5. 🤍 It becomes part of the décor. When designed correctly, an LED screen doesn’t look like a “technical rectangle.” It can be seamlessly incorporated into flowers, architecture, stage design or an installation. Yes, an LED screen is an investment. But at a modern large-scale wedding, you are not simply renting a screen. You are investing in visibility, emotion, scenography and the scale of the entire experience. GROUNDED FLORALS - ONE OF THE KEY TRENDS OF THE SEASON This season, instead of traditional high floral arches and towering compositions, low but large-scale floral installations are considered especially stylish. The idea is simple: the volume goes outwards rather than upwards. Flowers spread across the space in generous, rounded masses, creating the effect of soft floral clouds growing from the ground. * 🤍 More natural integration. They seem to grow directly from the landscape rather than look like an added decorative structure. * 🤍 Better photography. The composition frames the couple while leaving the background, architecture and landscape visible. * 🤍 More immersive effect. Instead of one dominant structure, flowers can spread through the space and visually surround the ceremony area. * 🤍 Scale without heaviness. You can create a truly monumental installation while keeping the overall space open and airy. The scale remains impressive, but the space stays the main focus.
