Cheers to the weekend!! Leadership isn’t defined by position or hierarchy; it’s defined by impact. Titles can give authority, but they don’t guarantee trust, respect, or real influence.

What truly matters is your ability to shape behavior, thinking, and outcomes in a way that benefits others, heals old wounds through spiritual guidance with providing hope for the generations that will outlive you.

That’s how kings are made.

Happy Palm Sunday.
In Yoruba, it is called Odún Màrìwò.

What is Bakery Alchemy ? 👇

On one hand, Microbiological Mastery:
- Fermentation Process :
The baker leverages the science of fermentation, where yeasts ~a microscopic life form~ converts sugars in the dough into carbon dioxide and alcohol.

This not only causes the dough to rise but also develops flavor and texture.

- Precision and Control :
By understanding the precise temperatures, hydration levels, and timings needed, the baker ensures optimal yeast activity, achieving consistent and high-quality results.

On the other hand, Artistic Creation:
- Intuitive Baking:
Beyond the scientific aspects, the baker employs artistic intuition to shape dough into various forms, turning each loaf into a unique work of art.

- Innovative Recipes:
Creativity is infused into the choice and combination of ingredients, experimenting with flavors, textures, and appearances. This transforms baking from a procedural task into a vibrant creative process.

Last but not least, Feeding the Soul :
The final creation not only nourishes the body but also delights the senses and touches the heart.

The baker’s passion and care can be tasted in every bite, making the experience a holistic delight.

New UPDATE on the POD matter!! After much dialogue on a few chat groups, and checking with professionals, POD accounts are not legally mandated in Nigeria, and are not recognized by Nigerian banks. If you wish for your significant other to have access to your account upon your demise, open a JOINT ACCOUNT with them. They can operate the account even after your death. Much different from being a SIGNATORY!! A signatory to an account can only approve transactions on an account, ONLY when the primary account holder is alive. Which is why some folks avoid informing the banks of their loved one’s death, so they can empty the account before the banks are aware. So, though this Channels interview seemed to be credible in content (being a tv program), the reality in Nigeria is quite different. Information is power! Shine ya eye……
