One of the best lessons I’ve ever learned is to find out what books someone recommends…then buy them…then read them Last week we at @vipignite held a lunch in South Beach and this book was recommended to all of our actors by one of the biggest agents in the US…so my Amazon cart binged before he could say another word Now…I don’t want to be an actor…but I work with actors…and I’m a lifelong lover of learning So…what book are you reading? I showed you mine…so show me yours!

🎬 JUST ANOTHER DAY AT VIP IGNITE IN MIAMI! 🌴🔥 What a DAY! And THIS is what happens when you get in the right rooms with the right people! Today, our VIP Ignite talent experienced something most aspiring actors only dream about! 🎥 HOLLYWOOD-LEVEL SELF-TAPE BLUEPRINTS! We flew in top agents and managers from Los Angeles who work with actors on some of the biggest shows in Hollywood! Here’s what most people don’t understand… Self-tapes are how actors audition for major opportunities today. But most actors are doing them ALONE, with absolutely NO feedback. Imagine getting REAL-TIME REDIRECTION from Hollywood professionals who represent A-list talent! Not watching a YouTube tutorial. Not guessing if you’re doing it right. Actually working with the people who know what gets actors BOOKED! 🎬 And we did it inside a professional, multimillion-dollar recording studio with professional cameras, lighting, and production equipment! ⭐ THEN IT GOT EVEN BETTER! One of the cast members from The Sopranos worked directly with our talent, performing scenes they had spent TWO WEEKS memorizing! Real scenes. Real acting. Real feedback. And professionally filmed footage they can use for their acting reels! 🏆 Oh, and did I mention we were walking around the studio meeting GRAMMY Award winners? ALL IN ONE DAY! This is why I always say… 🔥 YOUR NETWORK IS YOUR NET WORTH! You can spend years submitting yourself on websites, hoping someone notices you. Or you can start building relationships with the people who actually make decisions in this industry. At VIP Ignite, we’re not about putting thousands of people in an auditorium. We’re about creating REAL ACCESS, REAL RELATIONSHIPS, and REAL OPPORTUNITIES! 📲 Ready to stop watching other people live your dream? 🎶✨ A moment I’ll never forget as a mom! ❤️ Here we are at Noisematch Studios in Miami, where incredible artists like Taylor Swift, Pitbull, Demi Lovato, the Jonas Brothers, and Ricky Martin have recorded! 🎤🌟 And there’s my little boy, reciting the Pledge of Allegiance for a Hollywood agent and manager. 🇺🇸🥹 He has no idea how special this moment is. To him, it’s just another day with Mommy. But to me? It’s everything. ❤️ I spend my days helping others chase their dreams through VIP Ignite, but watching my son experience this world alongside me is something money could never buy. One day, he’ll look back and realize just how extraordinary these little moments were. And I’ll remember how grateful I was to have him by my side. ❤️ #NoisematchStudios #VIPIgnite #Miami #ProudMom #HollywoodConnections

They say that your network is your net worth. Yesterday we had our @vipignite Power lunch… What is that you ask? Imagine yourself, sitting down, having lunch with a powerful agent…a powerful entrepreneur who asks you questions about your career…sees your blind spots and helps you to cover what you think are weaknesses and turn them into strengths… That is what a power lunch is… After that…we did a lifestyle shoot with our Inner Circle on Lincoln Road in Miami…and the out to an iconic Cuban restaurant Day started at 5 am ended at 12 am… When your job is to help people uplevel their network…those days feel like the blink of an eye Who’s in your network?

🚨 LIVE FROM SOUTH BEACH, MIAMI! 🌴🔥 I LOVE WHAT I DO! ❤️ We’re in the car right now, heading to our exclusive VIP Ignite Power Lunch, where we’re about to sit down with top agents, casting directors, and entertainment industry professionals who are flying in from all over the country! And this is just the BEGINNING! 🎬 The next four days are absolutely PACKED! We have talent flying in from across the country, industry professionals coming from Los Angeles and New York, cast members from major television shows, and an incredible opportunity to work inside a Grammy Award-winning music studio! 🎶🏆 THIS is what being in the right room at the right time looks like! But let me tell you what people DON’T see behind the scenes. We’ve been working SEVEN DAYS A WEEK to make this happen. Last night, we didn’t even get on the road until 10 PM. We drove three hours, checked into our Airbnb at 1 AM, and STILL had to run back out because we forgot the milk for our morning coffee! ☕😂 Because when you’ve got talent flying in from all over the country, trusting you with their dreams, you better believe we’re showing up on our A-GAME! And here’s WHY we do it. For 20 YEARS, VIP Ignite has been opening doors in the entertainment industry! 🏆 20 years of experience and industry relationships. 🎬 More than 10,000 talent stories and journeys. 🏆 38 awards and honors, including six Tony Awards associated with Broadway productions and two Telly Awards. 🎭 Connections to five Broadway productions. 📈 A historic opportunity to ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange. 📰 Recognition in Forbes and Entrepreneur. 🌟 Relationships with agents, managers, casting directors, producers, and entertainment decision-makers. But the biggest accomplishment isn’t an award or a magazine feature. It’s watching someone who thought their dream was impossible finally realize that they belong in the room. That’s what keeps us going. That’s why we work the crazy hours. That’s why we drive through the night, drink way too much coffee, and pour everything we have into these experiences. Because talent is everywhere.

Some days you have to keep your eyes on the prize… Started off the day in the Disney bubble…traveled to the team hub to change the lives of aspiring actors and models…packed the car by 8 pm (thank you Jeff!) and hit the road to Miami… One Starbucks stop and two pit stops later…we arrived in Miami Can we talk a moment about how driving on 95 in MIA is like being an unwitting participant in Frogger and GTA at the same time? Unloaded the car…then had to make a midnight store run for pimple pads (stop judging me…I’ve been busy…lol) and milk for coffee… Bed at 1:30 AM…up at 8 for our team meeting…then coffee and devotions with a beautiful view “I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.” Philippians‬ ‭3‬:‭14‬ ‭ Today we see the hard work that we have put in…that our talent have put in come to fruition… Let’s go!

Getting ready to head to Miami for our Miami 2026 event… Before we start our journey, we wanted to take a little time to handle a few things…like my crown of splendor aka sparkle aka grey hair Then we enjoyed a nice dinner at a restaurant that we’ve been eyeing up for a while Today…I’ve been on zoom for 8 hours…finalizing speakers lists…printing paperwork…finding chairs and still coffee averse so doing all of this on matcha and the power of Jesus I used to thrive on the chaos of the last minute stress…but now I rest knowing that life doesn’t happen to me…it happens for me… So…enjoy the ones you love and let God figure out the details…he already knows the beginning from the end.
