Happy July! I’m going to try to be 100% plastic free for the first time ever 😤

Here are some brands that will help me with that task!

Stay tuned for the full month vlog on YouTube where I will cover struggles and successes ✨

Mental and physical reset after losing our dog 💔

This was a hard day for my mental health but I truly felt a bit better every day after in a clean house and moving my body

I miss that boy so much. It’s a hard journey to learn to live life without him

Thank you @tryeverly for the gift to make my home cozy while I hibernate and mourn 🫶🏼

How do you winter reset?

35 amazing peeps joined @newlifestyleabb and @findkindstl on a thrift
crawl around St. Louis and we think you could do it too!

Huge thank you to @firststudentinc for supplying us with transportation (and Bob, our amazing driver!) + @tryeverly for their contribution and candle refill kits we gave away to attendees.

Would you want to see something like this in your city?
