Every time I look back I am reminded that every hour in the studio has been a flight for the person I am.

I had no idea what I was in for. And even if I did, I would do it again.

My heels solo was a celebration of healing, owning, and embodying my sexuality without shame this past year.

I felt incredible in this outfit (red thigh-highs? All the YES).

And as soon as I heard this song, I immediately had visions of performing to it.. little did I know the growth and liberation that was to come beforehand.

Thank you @tryst_dance_collective_ for encouraging, supporting, and loving me as I continue stepping more deeply into the most confident and empowered woman I can be.

Thank you for working with me to create this piece, @taelynfalk @taelyn.dances. You delivered everything I wanted, and I had such a blast learning from you! )

I get to live my dance dreams, and they keep getting bigger. ✨️

Floor Work Mechanics - Learn how to move safely, efficiently, and fluidly in and out of the floor. We’ll break down the mechanics behind rolls, weight transfers, transitions, slides, and pathways to standing, with a focus on momentum, body placement, core control, and protecting the knees, hips, shoulders, and spine. Dancers will build confidence navigating the floor while developing smoother transitions and more dynamic movement.

No more emotionally unavailable, avoidant boys who charm and say all the right things.

I've learned about, worked on myself and my patterns.

I know what I deserve.

I know my values.

I refuse to settle for less.

Training season is over.

✨️ I feel the fear, often intensely...

I'm often shaking before I get onstage, shifting my focus from imagined images of embarrassing myself with all eyes on me, towards the feeling of accomplishment I'll have from getting out there and performing despite my anxiety.

I CHOOSE not to let it win, because fear wants to keep me safe, comfortable, and small, and I ain't here for that.

I'm here to learn, grow, and evolve.

I'm here to amaze myself with my capabilities, my resilience, and to fall more deeply in love with life.

I'm here for MAGIC. ✨️
