A day on my plate 🍳🍓🥩🥗✨

Currently working with my coach @sophiehamshere and we’ve officially started reverse dieting + moving into a growth phase 🤍 After spending so much time in a calorie deficit, I’m so excited to shift the focus toward fueling my body, building muscle, and getting stronger.

Learning that more food doesn’t mean losing progress — it can actually be part of creating MORE progress. 🥹💪🏼

Here’s what a typical day of eating looks like for me right now! ✨ + all my fav supplements + go to goodies (all tagged). Use code REEM for $ off!!

I am on week 26 of my program with @sophiehamshere and I have never felt better. This is proof that fat loss doesn’t have to feel restrictive. You can absolutely reach your goals while eating balanced meals, enjoying your favorite treats, and building habits you can actually stick with.

You can find my fav supplements on my ShopMy. Link in bio ✨ and you can find the chia seed pudding recipe on @rae.brooke’s page 🫶🏼

Use code REEM to get 15% off @lineageprovisions ✨
